The room itself was clean and tidy, but it was a bit inconvenient that only one side of the bed had a power outlet, while the other side only had a USB port. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and it was really noisy. The elevator was quite slow, so there was a long wait when it was busy.

However, the hotel's location is super convenient, right by Wanhua Train Station, and the MRT is also easily accessible. There are also many night markets, street food, and old shops around Wanhua.

This hotel has the best location situated right above Taipei Main Station. It is so convenient to everything and the room itself is very clean and up to its value. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time when I am in Taipei!

Room was big and spacious. Was there for a concert and very near the concert venue! Staff were very nice and helpful as well. Provided us useful information since we were there during typhoon days and many places were closed.

It’s a great hotel for stay in the middle of the city. I feel comfortable to stay and sleep and also quiet in the night. The bathroom is also very cleaned. I would like to stay again on that hotel for next time. The staff is also kindness, and the transportation is also very convenient.

Highly recommend this five-star hotel in Taipei! The hotel's facilities, rooms, and common areas are all well-maintained. Self-check-in was available upon arrival, which was very convenient. Although it's not in the central Taipei area, its location in Banqiao offers incredibly convenient public transportation. Banqiao MRT station and the Taiwan Railways station are directly across from the hotel, with a pedestrian skybridge for easy access. The blue MRT line goes straight to the city center, which is super convenient! There are also several large shopping malls nearby, a few popular '网红餐厅' (internet-famous restaurants), and the original store of the highly sought-after Xiao Pan Pineapple Cakes, all within walking distance. We stayed in a spacious twin room with a huge, very comfortable bathroom featuring double sinks and a separate wet/dry area. If you're on a budget but don't want to stay in an older city hotel, and you care about the hotel's aesthetics, this five-star hotel in Banqiao offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this one again on my next trip to Taipei.

If a check-in process is more flexible, i.e., allowing travelers to check in before a designated time, e.g., 03.00 PM, without charging any more fees, then this would be the perfect stay experience. :)

I was very satisfied with this stay. It was my first time in Kenting, and I chose the Caesar Park Hotel. I pre-booked the shuttle from Zuoying, Kaohsiung, and everything went smoothly from the start. We arrived at the hotel in over two hours. Although it's 40 years old, the hotel is very well-maintained, the decor is modern, and the service attitude was excellent. Upon check-in, the front desk gave us dining vouchers for the Little Bay Bar and the hotel lobby bar. Sitting on Little Bay Beach opposite the hotel in the evening was very pleasant. The food at the lobby bar was also delicious!

The room came with new flip-flops, which were quite comfortable. All the facilities are new, there's a coffee machine, water dispensers on every floor, and self-service washing machines and dryers. The room also had complimentary drinks and snacks, and the soundproofing was excellent! Even with a garden view, it was still very beautiful, and you could see the mountain scenery.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Kenting Main Street. The lobby has bicycles available for rent, and there are also Ubikes outside. Taxis are also quite convenient! You need a ********* ID to rent a car.

Breakfast was also good and quite varied. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience!
