Did a short trip getaway after Guangzhou meeting.
Hotel location has lots of Michelin food and as well great for shopping .

Easy access by train, taxi or private car .
Would recommend the hotel for stay due to it amenities nearby.

Do note room is very basic hence toiletries like tooth brush , shaver and etc . Best to bring your own .

Walk out main entrance of hotel u turn right there is a a shop called Taiwan CLM self made bag. Good quality and reasonable price .

Food wise lot of choices nearby and round the corner
You be spoilt for choices .   

Front counter manager Joshua is upcoming and also friendly .
Minor incident happened and they admit their issue.
This is very good that show the hotel has high standard of taking care of client item. Any damages they inform .
Hotel is usually packed so do take note if you wish to ask for late checkout sometime is difficult .

The room is spacious, and all amenities are provided except for toothbrushes, which you'll need to bring yourself. A deposit of NT$1000 is required upon check-in, payable in cash or by card. The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station, with easy access to the Taipei Metro, Taoyuan Metro, banks, and Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store, making it great for shopping. You can check in with your passport, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. You can add breakfast for an additional NT$580 (discounted rate), and the breakfast is quite good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was great and the service was excellent. The breakfast area was beautiful, but I think the breakfast itself could be improved. The location is also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and hope you do too!

Overall a great hotel~ fairly priced.   gym is a big plus.  Would be 10/10 if there is better sound proofing feature.

The place is very clean and well maintained, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The environment feels neat and welcoming, and it’s clear that hygiene is taken seriously. The view is also a big highlight — it’s pleasant, relaxing, and adds to the overall atmosphere. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for what you get. The quality and experience easily match the cost, making it great value for money. Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a clean place with a nice view at a fair price.

What's Hot: location is near bus routes to the airport (1962) & near the Banqiao bus/train/MRT terminals. Rooms are modern & new, well equipped and if you're on a higher floor, have great views of the city. The toilets are equipped with the latest Toto Japanese bidet type potties. There are filtered water dispensers on all floors next to the lifts. There are free snacks, drinks & beverages in the room provided. The TV has a large screen. Surroundings are filled with food, coffee & groceries (Family mart). 

What's Not: The reception area is small & congested, service is stressed out, efficient, but curt. Beds only have one pillow provided by default. Room air conditioning settings can't be controlled easily. Breakfast is actually served off site at their sister hotel next door (Caesar Park hotel) at the Lotus restaurant (good food though).

An absolutely excellent hotel! The views, ambiance, facilities, and service are all top-notch. What truly stood out was the service. Even though the hotel was very busy, everything was incredibly well-organized, from reserving a dinner table at the restaurant to borrowing bicycles, helping us find a table at breakfast, and managing the pool and beach lounge areas, as well as the fitness and recreation center – everything was handled perfectly. The staff were all very friendly, warm, and thoughtful. Having stayed in hundreds of hotels worldwide, this was by far one of my most satisfying experiences. We booked for five nights and still felt it wasn't enough!
