The hotel's location is super convenient, not far from the MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores, shops, and a night market nearby, making it easy to get around. The rooms are newly renovated, have lots of TV channels, and a bidet toilet. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are a nice touch, and the hotel's decor is quite upscale, offering great value for its price. However, prices do double during holidays. It's popular with international, Japanese, and Korean travelers, and clearly has a good reputation. Last time, I wanted to switch rooms due to the floor, and the hotel staff were very helpful. Overall, it's excellent.

Great location with unbeatable convenience. The hotel is right across from Taipei Main Station, making it very easy to access MRT, HSR, and TRA. 

It’s also surrounded by shops and F&B options. I especially enjoyed the nearby old food stalls selling egg pancake, delicious toast bread, soya bean milk, and milk tea. Ximending Night Market is walkable from the hotel, which is a big plus.

Even at 3am, I could still grab snacks because FamilyMart is open 24 hours everywhere.

Facilities: Gym could be improve. 

Staff service was average. Some were helpful, but others lacked warmth and could improve in guest interaction.Overall, the location and convenience make this hotel a great choice. I would return again in the future.

Nice and clean hotel. The receptionist is knowledgeable about food options nearby and also how to get to shopping malls as well. Made 2 bookings b2b so they helped me just extend my stay in the same room. Room is clean and tidy and they restock the mini bar daily too. They also have a smart toilet with heated seats and a bathtub for those who prefer baths to showers. 
Breakfast is pretty good buffet style with many healthy options.

The room is big enough, clean and comfortable, near by RT station, juat walk around 10 mins by walk. There are many convenient stores around this hotel, no matter what you want to buy or eat, it is very easy to access them.

Convenient and accessible, within walking distance to Banqiao train station with both thsr, tra and mrt. Comfortable and clean. Add on Breakfast not as value for money tho, can get better options elsewhere with the same amount… up to individual preference

I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel when I came for the nearby concert. The geographical advantage stood out most—it is not far from the performance venue, making commuting extremely easy on busy show days. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, with tidy bedding, complete toiletries and stable hot water supply. The bed was comfortable enough for me to get a good rest after staying out late for the event. The front desk team was friendly and responsive, dealing with check-in and check-out procedures quickly without unnecessary waiting. There are supermarkets and casual eateries nearby for snacks and simple meals. Even with tight hotel supply during the tour period, its pricing was relatively fair. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable choice for concert travelers, and I would definitely book this hotel again if I visit for future shows.

This hotel is located in Kenting's Little Bay, just across the road from Little Bay Beach, and the bus stop is also very close by. The hotel's breakfast spread is fantastic, and the seafood buffet for dinner offers great value for money. The best part is that the restaurant has a window overlooking the ocean (Picture 1), adding a wonderful ambiance to dinner. The hotel's garden is a lovely spot to relax (Picture 2). The swimming pool in the garden was under maintenance, so to compensate guests, the hotel organized some fun activities, like a night crab-hunting trip on the beach. We scared all the crabs away, and only a bunch of hermit crabs (Picture 3) stayed to play with us! ☺️
