Location is amazing, within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Eifel tower. 
Rooms and the entire hotel are extremely small and narrow. 
We were shocked by the front desk. The whole reception was no very well structured, the people sitting behind the desk didn’t perform very professional as one could expect for a best western premiere hotel. 
We moved out after just one night. Wouldn’t recommend to go there again.

It was an excellent experience. The hotel is clean and very nice way to reach from the main station by foot. There is also the metro right next to it which can connect you with every place.
The room was spacious and very clean without any smell. 
The staff was very friendly and explains everything about how to reach main areas. This is very useful even if you use Google maps. 

There are also within walking distances nice places to eat and dine.

The advantages are that the subway is not far away, supermarkets, bakeries, and facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantages are also obvious. The room I booked was an executive room, but it did not match the order. The floor-to-ceiling window became a skylight, the bed was not 1.8 meters and could only go up and down on one side, there were no slippers, and the worst thing was that the elevator only went to the 4.5th floor. A 70-year-old man had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs by himself. The hotel staff did not take the initiative to help. This can be improved. The photos are a comparison between the order and the actual situation.

the hotel has a comfortable beds  and nice 50 inch tvs in each room .  couches and a desk and bar area with fridge . nice hot water in shower . streaming is available in each room and free coffee. 
staff is nice too .

Breakfast is very rich, you can bring some room back to the coffee, bread, fruit, yogurt, there is a refrigerator in the room, you can also save it.  The service desk has mineral water  Check out is also very convenient  Swimming pool  At night, the iron gate will be locked outside.  On the elevated side  Very close to the Toyota Center  Far from the galleria, to take a taxi, there are also buses.  Very close to the city center, overall good

stayed at this place and overall had a mixed experience. The food was excellent—fresh, diverse, and constantly replenished throughout the day, which I really appreciated.

However, the staff’s English communication skills were quite limited, which made things a bit difficult at times.

The most concerning issue was hygiene. I found a dried dead lizard in the bathroom. Even more disappointing, the next day housekeeping cleaned the room but left the lizard in the exact same spot. This really affected my impression of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The villa hotel we booked this time had a fantastic environment! It came with a private front yard and a pool. Although the pool wasn't huge, the water was clean and perfectly fine for both adults and kids to enjoy. The hotel also boasts two larger swimming pools. The breakfast spread was very generous, and they even offered pho, which tasted great and was suitable for Chinese palates. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning leaked on the first day, but the hotel promptly took care of it. Just a five-minute walk from the hotel, there's a night market, perfect for shopping and dining. While communication with the locals in English was quite challenging, they were generally very welcoming. The hotel also has its own beach, and after 5 PM, there are live performances, which are very chill.
