This hotel is super convenient. 
Location is very close to airport. There are free airport pickup and drop off service.
Very easy just tell the hotel your flight and the hotel will arrange van for you. The driver call me when I just landing, very good.
The receptionist ”Nancy” is very nice and helpful.
We are family two adults and two big kids. The bed is large enough for us. Very comfortable.
Recommended for family trip.

Stepping into the hotel, I was immediately struck by the overwhelming sense of artistry; the environment is elegant and tasteful. The gym offers a good variety of equipment, perfect for daily workouts. The bedding is high-quality, with a perfect balance of softness and firmness, which really improved my sleep. The complimentary airport shuttle is a thoughtful touch, making transfers to and from the airport super convenient. The back garden is beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. Highly recommended!

The lady at check-in upgraded our room, and the high-floor sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's own kids' club is huge and kept the little ones entertained for ages, making it easy to keep the kids happy right at the hotel, which was a huge relief for us parents. They also provided a crib and bed rails, so it's a no-brainer for families with babies. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both of the hotel's buffet restaurants, Cha Cha and Yang Yang, were really tasty, so there was no need to even leave the hotel for meals. There's also an outlet mall nearby for some shopping, and it's a short drive to several other malls. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Among all the family-friendly hotels we've stayed at in Xiamen, this is definitely our favorite, haha. The rooms are quite new, the kids' club is big, and the food is great too. We'll definitely be back next time!~

This is my Nth visit to Xiamen, and each time I stay at a different hotel, it feels like opening a blind box. This time was no different, and I got a really premium one! 🤭 The staff's thoughtfulness made me feel like family. Even though it was rainy during my two-day stay, I felt really comfortable. Plus, the hotel kindly extended my check-out time for free, which I really appreciate. And the hotel's breakfast is absolutely delicious; the cakes and desserts are all freshly made daily, with a great variety. I had a wonderful time eating! 🥳 If you're not specifically looking to stay near Gulangyu, this hotel should definitely be your top choice! There are also many great places to eat nearby, and it's convenient for both taxis and walking. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! 🥳

The experience at the Xiamen Portman Seven Star Bay Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself resembles a castle and even has its own 'Portman Town' connected by an electric shuttle, though it's only a 5-minute walk. Strolling through it felt like being in the world of Harry Potter, perfect for photos. We visited when it was decorated with a snowy theme, adding an extra touch of romance. Inside the hotel, you can even take pictures with 'walking' lions and leopards, which was a lot of fun.

The breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, hot and cold drinks, and thoughtfully included local Xiamen delicacies like satay noodles and oyster vermicelli soup. The dining environment was also very elegant. Our room was decorated in a vintage French style, spacious with an expansive view of the beautiful sea.

The hotel facilities were comprehensive and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. There's a gym, a swimming pool, a rock climbing area, and a children's water park. The hotel itself is an excellent vacation destination; with its French garden-like setting and various unique buildings, you could easily spend a day or two without even leaving. The complimentary travel photography service was also a thoughtful touch. Right outside, you'll find a seaside promenade with large lawns and coconut groves, and in the evening, you can enjoy music and fireworks at the beachside bar. The nearby Sunshine Town food street offers delicious local cuisine, with the pan-fried red paste crab being particularly tasty.

In summary, this is an excellent choice for a leisurely getaway. If you visit outside of peak holiday seasons, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended!

I booked two Family Friendly suite rooms, looking forward to spacious accommodations featuring a living room and child-friendly amenities like a mini slide, as shown in the promotional photos. However, upon arrival, I was given a much smaller room that didn’t match what I had reserved.

I raised this concern at the front desk, where I spent quite some time. The staff insisted that the room we received was the same type we had booked, but I overheard them mentioning that only four such suites were available and they were already occupied. It felt like the hotel had overbooked and assigned us a comparable but inferior room.

Considering we paid several thousand dollars for accommodations suitable for our two toddlers, it was disappointing. The hotel initially offered us two breakfasts as compensation, which we declined for several reasons: we’re not breakfast people, and the value of the breakfast (CNY 50 per person, totaling CNY 100) was insignificant compared to what we spent on the rooms (HKD 1,700+ per night each). The room they assigned us seemed to be a VIP type, priced at HKD 1,400 per night, meaning we effectively lost HKD 600 (HKD 300 per night for two rooms) due to this mix-up.

Instead of breakfast, we requested two extra beds so the kids could sleep there while we enjoyed the larger bed. Although they initially insisted on providing only one, we pushed for a second bed since this situation was not our fault.

I brought my concerns to Trip.com, and they handled it efficiently, providing compensation, which I greatly appreciated.

Aside from the room arrangement issue, our stay was pleasant. The only downside was that the room felt a bit dark. However, the kids loved having free access to the park, where they played with rabbits and fished in the pond.

Overall, I'd rate our experience a 7/10.

Came to Xiamen for a competition and stayed at the Pullman Xiamen Powerlong Seaview. I decided to book a Ruihai room. The hotel grounds are really expansive. Upon entering the Ruihai room, I found it very spacious with a huge bathtub. The twin beds were both 1.5 meters wide. The room offered a full sea view, and the door opened up like a balcony. There's a 50-meter indoor swimming pool, though the outdoor pool was temporarily closed. The gym is also super large and there's a big outdoor climbing wall. There are many great photo spots, and kids can enjoy a ride on the electric mini-train. Breakfast is served at the Ruihai restaurant; there's a buggy service to take you there, though it's less than a minute's walk. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room.

Most importantly, I want to thank Tingmei, the front desk service manager, for her excellent service during my stay. I added her on WeChat, and she responded immediately whenever I needed anything – very responsible. I will definitely book the Pullman Hotel again next time I come to Xiamen. I can also contact her beforehand to make requests; her arrangements put me completely at ease.

We had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful room arrangement with toy, which made our little one feel welcomed right away.

The lunch buffet at the restaurant was excellent, offering good quality and variety. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was extremely convenient and made our travel much easier.

Special thanks to the reception staff Anna (Lim Anna) for her kind assistance with a domestic phone call using her own mobile phone. Her willingness to help was deeply appreciated and reflected genuine care for guests.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

I came to Changle for the You Shen festival and had an early morning flight the next day, so I specifically chose this hotel because it offered airport transfer service. The hotel's architecture is simple yet grand, and the lobby's glass is bright and sparkling. Overall, it feels high-end and refined, quite distinctive. The check-in process, from registration to getting the room card, was smooth and efficient, no long waits. Plus, my king-size room was upgraded directly to a premium room, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff, especially Peanut, noticed we had an early flight and thoughtfully gave us complimentary double breakfasts, ensuring we could fill up before starting a comfortable day! It's rare to find a hotel that's this warm and thoughtful. Definitely a five-star review. I'll choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou.

The best decision for the 2026 Chinese New Year! Due to changes in our holiday schedule, we only had three days. I checked Ctrip, and Fuzhou's flight prices hadn't increased. We wanted somewhere with a beach and warm weather, and the Haiyingwan Hotel met all our needs. Perfect for a seaside stroll with the kids!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing – they had Fuzhou fish balls and 'guo bian' (local rice-flour soup), plus a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. We stayed in Building 2, and the ocean was just a three-minute walk away. During low tide, the kids were so engrossed in collecting shells they didn't want to leave. The sand was fine and soft; it was incredibly relaxing, especially if you just want to entertain kids and seniors. Even my 73-year-old mother loved it.

The hotel grounds are like a park. For kids who love planes, this is a treat! I heard it's the only seaside airport, so you can watch planes to your heart's content. It's not noisy at night either; with the windows closed, you can barely hear anything.

**Hygiene:** Excellent.
**Environment:** A coastal garden.
**Service:** Excellent.
**2-3 Person Family Package:** Truly too much food, I suggest they make it available for lunch as well in the future.
**Fuzhou Airport Shuttle:** Departs every 30 minutes, always ready to go.
**Seaside Mini Train:** Absolutely a favorite for little ones.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, but thankfully it's still clean and quiet. It's very close to Hongqiao Terminal 1, but quite a distance from Terminal 2, about 5 kilometers, which is around a 20+ RMB taxi ride. There are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel. When checking out, the front desk arranged a complimentary airport drop-off, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
