The in-room amenities are comprehensive, including high-speed internet and smart TVs, and the thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and welcome fruit really show their attention to detail.

🍽️ As for dining, the hotel's restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious options. Breakfast is particularly impressive, with everything from traditional Chinese breakfast items to Western pastries and breads. The ingredients are fresh and the food is delicious. For other meals, whether you prefer seafood or local specialties, your taste buds are in for a treat. The chefs are highly skilled, and the presentation of the dishes is exquisite.

🍸 The bar has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, with soft lighting and soothing music. Professional bartenders are on hand to craft a variety of delicious cocktails, and there's a great selection of other beverages. It's the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and enjoy some leisurely time.

Overall, Wutong Baisheng Hotel provides guests with a high-quality experience in terms of accommodation, dining, and bar services. It's an excellent place to relax and enjoy life.

For travelers catching an early flight or arriving late at night, a hotel ”right next to the airport” often means a trade-off between exhaustion and efficiency. However, the Xiamen C&D Hotel (Gaoqi Airport) strives to transform this ten-minute walk into a soothing artistic prelude. It's not just a convenient rest stop beside the terminal, but also a themed space under the C&D Group, featuring ”artistic masterpieces” as its core concept.

Came to Xiamen Gaoqi with the kids to watch planes, so we booked a room with a runway view. The room was very clean and bright, and you could get some great shots of the planes right from there. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they even offer free airport shuttle service. The hotel's buffet was excellent, and the food at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was delicious too.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations for this trip, and we were attended by Manager Evelyn! I often saw her name in reviews, so I was surprised to meet her in person, haha. As soon as I checked in, I was rushing with a lot of luggage, and Evelyn was so gentle and patient throughout. She proactively upgraded us to a room with an amazing view and thoughtfully recommended some niche local eateries and travel tips. She was efficient and friendly, and any issues we had afterward were quickly and properly resolved by her.

It happened to rain in Xiamen during our stay, and Evelyn even went out of her way to text us, reminding us to bring an umbrella. Later, we tried the breakfast buffet, which had a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, freshly ground coffee, desserts, and fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was on point. Getting up early for such a meal was truly delightful.

Overall, I feel the value for money was excellent. The whole experience was comfortable and rejuvenating. I'll definitely come back to Xiamen and stay here again next time!

Overall, it was pretty good. The room was clean, and check-in/check-out was efficient. A really nice perk is that you get a full 24 hours from when you check in, so there's no rush to leave if you arrive in the afternoon. There's also a subway station nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.

The hotel is super pretty and I absolutely loved the bathtub – such a nice way to relax after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was good with a wide variety of food options to choose from.

However, the location is quite far from most attractions and shopping districts. During peak hours, it can take more than an hour to get to the shopping areas, which is a bit inconvenient.

One disappointing experience was during breakfast. I came with my 16-year-old sister. I went down early while she was still sleeping, and later went back to bring her along. But the staff did not allow me to enter again unless I paid, even though I wasn’t planning to eat again. I felt this was quite inflexible and disappointing.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but the location and service experience could definitely be improved.

We had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful room arrangement with toy, which made our little one feel welcomed right away.

The lunch buffet at the restaurant was excellent, offering good quality and variety. The airport shuttle service provided by the hotel was extremely convenient and made our travel much easier.

Special thanks to the reception staff Anna (Lim Anna) for her kind assistance with a domestic phone call using her own mobile phone. Her willingness to help was deeply appreciated and reflected genuine care for guests.

Overall, a comfortable and considerate experience. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Portman Hotel, and the picturesque surroundings truly made our experience special. The views are simply stunning, creating a beautiful backdrop for our getaway. 

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were plenty of activities available for both children and adults, ensuring that everyone had a great time. 

We especially loved the indoor pool area—it was a perfect spot to relax and unwind while still enjoying the hotel’s ambiance. Overall, Portman Hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable stay! Highly recommend it!

The room was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water, plus the air conditioning worked really well. My only minor complaint is that they only offer laundry service and don't have a self-service laundromat. For summer travel, it's much more convenient to be able to wash and dry your own clothes. There was ample parking, which was super handy for picking up and dropping off people at the airport.

My experience was absolutely top-notch! The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its warm yet grand decor. The hotel staff (or ”cheese service” which is an interesting literal translation, usually it's just 'staff' or 'service') were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was quick and seamless, and they thoughtfully detailed all the hotel's facilities, which immediately boosted my impression. The bedding was soft and comfortable, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel boasted excellent entertainment facilities. The location is also superb, being close to the airport makes getting around super convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip!

The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Le, was very polite and attentive. They even upgraded my room for free, which was a nice touch. It's also conveniently located for getting to the airport.
