Our stay coincided with an international trade fair, so the hotel was very crowded, but the service was still excellent. My family all gave it high praise.

Staff were always on hand to open car doors and guide us when we arrived and departed. We were also able to check in immediately, half an hour before the official check-in time, which was great as some other hotels make you wait. The hotel environment was very clean and comfortable. On the day we checked in, we received a welcome fruit platter, and bedtime milk in the evening. The next day, we were given a refreshing gift bag, though only one of our rooms received it, so I'm not sure what the criteria for that was 🤔.

The small beach isn't big, but it's perfect for a one-year-old. Perhaps because it was off-season, there weren't many people on the beach. The breakfast selection was also extensive. On our departure day, we booked the luggage check-in service, which was very convenient and reliable.

I'm reviewing this after getting back from overseas. If you need a hotel near the airport, this is absolutely the best choice. For an early flight requiring me to be there by 6 AM, the hotel informed me there's a shuttle bus at 5:50 AM. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. I've stayed in many airport hotels worldwide, and this one is definitely among the top. I forgot to take photos, so I'll just end this review with a picture of me wearing the hotel slippers on the plane. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have another early flight. Wishing them continued success!

Mainly to capture some footage before Takasaki Airport closed, I chose this hotel's apron view room. I was given a room on the 11th floor with a window facing the 05 runway, though it couldn't be fully opened. The room's glass was quite clean, but I still wiped it myself because of the rain. Since runway 05 was in use that day, it was a great spot for plane spotting. I redeemed points for breakfast, and they also provided fruit and a late checkout until 2 PM. Getting to the airport is generally convenient, but taxis are not expensive.

The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Xiamen Museum. The overall design is grand and stylish. The lobby's fragrance is very pleasant, and all the flower arrangements use fresh flowers. The concierges are all very polite, actively smiling, greeting guests, and offering help and services. The room was clean, and the view was expansive. I particularly liked the mattress's firmness, which made for excellent sleep. The bedding was also well-chosen. Overall, very satisfied! 👍

The Xiamen Pullman Shimao Hotel is quite good. The entire hotel is massive, and upon arrival, it feels like stepping into a French chateau. The hotel is divided into three areas: Xihai, Ruihai, and Yihai Town. This time, I stayed in Xihai. The hotel lobby is grand and impressive, with a magnificent dome. The staff were also good; they helped carry my luggage to the lobby as soon as I got out of the car. The front desk staff were efficient, and check-in was quick. In particular, a lady with glasses in the lobby provided excellent service; she was very helpful and explained everything in detail. She was probably a supervisor, though I didn't catch her name. The hotel room was spacious; as soon as I opened the door, the curtains automatically drew back, revealing a view of the ocean. The room was roomy, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The bathroom was also large, with a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub. The two sinks were particularly convenient. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel is close to the sea, just a few minutes' walk to Rainbow Beach. The hotel offers both an indoor heated pool and an outdoor infinity pool to choose from. You can enjoy the beach or swim in the hotel's pools. There are also several children's play areas. Every corner of the hotel feels incredibly picturesque, especially Yihai Town, where every short walk reveals a new theme. It's fantastic for families with children and for ladies who love taking photos. The entire hotel is genuinely huge; I feel like I haven't even explored it all. I'll definitely come back to stay again, and next time I'll try Ruihai for a different experience. There was one minor issue: the hairdryer plug in the bathroom kept falling out and didn't stay securely. That needs to be addressed. Overall, the hotel is still very good. The Pullman is a hotel I would happily return to.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel from start to finish. The pool was huge, and my son absolutely loved splashing around in it for hours. Breakfast offered a huge variety of delicious options to suit every taste, and to top it off, the Chinese restaurant where we had dinner was fantastic—great food and wonderful service. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel has a simple yet cozy decor. The hot water supply is ample with good pressure, making for a very comfortable shower. The soundproofing is excellent, so it's very quiet at night. It's conveniently located near Baolong Yicheng and Wanda Plaza, making daily life easy. Highly recommended.

The room had a great orientation. The fridge met my daily needs, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They even offered a shuttle service for the concert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issue was a smoky smell when I first entered the room, but it seems to be a common problem in Xiamen as all the hotels I stayed in had it. Considering everything, it's still a great choice. It's close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The rooms were incredibly clean and hygienic, and the hotel is very close to the beach. The shuttle service was also super convenient and always on time. The location is excellent, perfect for family activities since it's so near the beach. The service, cleanliness, and environment are all top-notch. And the buffet? Definitely five-star quality!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service, which is super convenient. It was my first time here, and I noticed the hotel has many separate buildings. The lady at the reception, Miss Cheese, was incredibly warm and attentive, and her service attitude was exceptional. She was also very quick to answer any questions I had. The room was clean and hygienic, and there's a back entrance that leads directly to the beach on foot. They even provide free sand digging tools. The hotel's entertainment facilities are comprehensive, making it especially suitable for families with children! Parking was also free during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This hotel has an old Shanghai vibe. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. Manager Chen even upgraded my room! The hotel's location is also convenient, being close to Terminal 1.
