A spacious and relaxing three bedroom - three and a half bath riverfront townhome with rear covered decks overlooking the gentle flowing Chattahoochee River!Our first floor features a a large living area with ample seating, large tv, beautiful fireplace (seasonal), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and private deck where you can enjoy the gorgeous views and tranquil sounds of the Chattahoochee River. Second floor hosts two bedrooms. On the river side of the house is the master suite with a king bed, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, TV and peaceful balcony. Opposite the master suite is the beautifully appointed guest room #2 with a queen bed, private bath and TV.The basement level is home to what we like to call our Bear Cave (guest room #3) with a queen bed, private outdoor sitting area and full bath. An additional two single beds can be found in our dorm area... a perfect space for the kids to retreat and have their own space to hang out!Rear covered decks: Your home away from home has two relaxing rear covered decks with amazing views of the Chattahoochee River just feet away. Enjoy quiet mornings with a hot beverage or a drink of choice later in the day. Prepare your favorite meal in the full kitchen or enjoy take out from any one of Helen’s many restaurants. Either way your very own riverside view is always available.Parking: Our HOA limits parking for each unit to no more than two spaces. We are assigned parking space marked “D” plus one visitor spot marked "V" either right next to our assigned space or across the parking lot.Mobility accommodations: While we are not ADA compliant we do offer assistance for moderately physically impaired individuals. Handrail located on front of home to assist with entry, chairlift to assist with gaining access to the bedrooms upstairs, and handrails located in master bathroom. Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia, is approx. 40 minutes north of Helen. A number of beautiful vistas can be enjoyed at roadside pull offs on Richard Russell Scenic Hwy. Welcome to the Chatthhoochee National Forest in North Georgia Mountains where year round adventures begin. You will park your vehicle and walk almost everywhere in Downtown Helen. So much to do with shopping, dinning, golfing (mini and 18 holes in Innsbruck), tubing, gem mining, roller coaster, zip line for all ages and the list goes on!Chalet Munich is located above a retail space and the hours of operation are 11am-9pm. The guests will have the entire upstairs floor for their privacy. Chalet Munich is not handicap friendly and stairs are needed to enter the unit. The parking is in the rear of building for one vehicle. The interior is a modern rustic with handmade wooden furniture. You have your own private balcony with a city view. Check-In information:1.
