This community offers golfing at Valhalla's 18-hole semi-private golf course surrounded by beautiful mountain views and just minutes from the German themed town of Helen.Our cabin is small, cozy, has a tree house feel and includes all the comforts of home. Our hidden gem offers 2 bedrooms with brand-new queen-size mattresses, 2 full baths, a living room, small bar and grill dining area, living room with propane fireplace, games, throw blankets to snuggle by the fire, fully stocked kitchen equipped with microwave, oven and stove top, full fridge, dishwasher, toaster, cooking utensils, pots and pans, tableware, glassware, silverware. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. We have free Wi-Fi for your use with smart TVs located in the living room and both bedrooms. (Use your own streaming subscriptions).Enjoy relaxing on the front porch or dining on the back deck surrounded by nature with a seasonal view of the Golf Course and the 10th hole, back deck has a propane firepit if you want to sit outside on a crisp, cold day or night. Grill out on the back deck with our 4 burner propane gas 40,000 BTU grill. Both have a sitting area where you can enjoy a cup of hot coffee or tea from our coffee bar. The parking area right off the street can accommodate 2 vehicles and the house is street level, so no stairs are needed for entry, located in a quiet cul-de-sac.We are minutes from recreational areas such as Unico State Park, hiking trails, kayaking, tubing down the Chattahoochee River, zip lines, gem mining, GA Mountain Roller Coaster and local vineyards and breweries. A spacious and relaxing three bedroom - three and a half bath riverfront townhome with rear covered decks overlooking the gentle flowing Chattahoochee River!Our first floor features a a large living area with ample seating, large tv, beautiful fireplace (seasonal), fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and private deck where you can enjoy the gorgeous views and tranquil sounds of the Chattahoochee River. Second floor hosts two bedrooms. On the river side of the house is the master suite with a king bed, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, TV and peaceful balcony. Opposite the master suite is the beautifully appointed guest room #2 with a queen bed, private bath and TV.The basement level is home to what we like to call our Bear Cave (guest room #3) with a queen bed, private outdoor sitting area and full bath. An additional two single beds can be found in our dorm area... a perfect space for the kids to retreat and have their own space to hang out!Rear covered decks: Your home away from home has two relaxing rear covered decks with amazing views of the Chattahoochee River just feet away. Enjoy quiet mornings with a hot beverage or a drink of choice later in the day. Prepare your favorite meal in the full kitchen or enjoy take out from any one of Helen’s many restaurants. So much to do with shopping, dinning, golfing (mini and 18 holes in Innsbruck), tubing, gem mining, roller coaster, zip line for all ages and the list goes on!Chalet Munich is located above a retail space and the hours of operation are 11am-9pm. The guests will have the entire upstairs floor for their privacy. Chalet Munich is not handicap friendly and stairs are needed to enter the unit. The parking is in the rear of building for one vehicle. The interior is a modern rustic with handmade wooden furniture. You have your own private balcony with a city view. Check-In information:1.
