This 3 bed 3 bath 2 story apartment is located on a quiet street with ample parking. On the 1st floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen a big and bright dining and living room connected to a spacious partly covered terrace overlooking the gardens and swimming pools. In the hallway you find the first bedroom and bathroom. Going up the stairs there is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom and in the hallway the 3th very nice bathroom with a bathtub.
