The hotel is very clean and has a nice balcony. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is 1 km from the city center, and the bus only runs sporadically, so you'll have to walk there and back if you don't have a car."

"I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this time I must unfortunately make an exception. I stayed at this hotel for one night and was not satisfied. I paid a very high price for a room furnished with dated furniture and missing some pieces. Furthermore, both bedside lamps were not working. On top of all this, I was awakened in the middle of the night by a terrible noise caused by the curtain frame coming off the ceiling and falling. This was quite worrying, given that when I asked for an explanation, the answer was that the curtains had only been fixed the day before. Beyond the potential risk, what surprised me was the price paid for the room, which was out of line with the services offered."

"The recidence L'ulivo is situated close to the tip of the peninsula where Bellagio stands, right behind the Villa Serbelloni. The residence is comfortable and functional, with all the most important facilities for an apartment hotel. The views are nice from the lake-facing rooms and some rooms share a large central balcony overlooking the lake. The pool and facilities at Villa Serbelloni are excellent and the ability to go in the water is a fun activity for older kids. The food is good and the service excellent, although as can be expected from a luxury hotel, a little expensive. The location is great, only a short walk from the heart of Bellagio with its tiny streets and waterfront restaurants. It is also convenient to boat trips and other activites. Parking is free and usually not full. All in all a great stay for a family of five, including one infant."
