"Our stay began with an unexpected challenge when we arrived by ferry in Bellagio and called the hotel for their shuttle. We were informed that the roads were closed due to a motorcycle accident, resulting in at least a two-hour delay. The hotel sincerely apologized and suggested we enjoy dinner in town while we waited. During dinner, a lovely woman approached us and introduced herself as being from the hotel. She had come specifically to make sure we were comfortable during the delay. She stayed with us until the shuttle finally arrived, accompanied us to the hotel, and even expedited our check-in. When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Como. Wanting to express our gratitude, we offered the woman a tip, but she graciously declined. Only later did we discover that she was the owner, Elena Ponzini. Elena’s kindness, humility, and genuine care for her guests turned an unfortunate travel delay into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Her exceptional hospitality, combined with the stunning accommodations and incredible setting, made this a truly unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning."

"My friend and I booked this hotel 2 weeks before our stay. We called hours before arriving, letting them know we were coming a bit after 8 pm, as the ferry times indictated (their check-in policy is 8 pm). The receptionist could not have been ruder; she dismissed everything we said and hung up on us. We were unable to stay here because we arrived SHORTLY after 8 pm. Now our trip to Lake Como is cancelled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and hurt because this place looked amazing, but the staff isn't accommodating to our needs. The staff needs to figure it out!!!!"

"Centrally located. Amazing place to stay. Modern apartments with pool right in the center of town. We were there five nights and would stay again if we visit Bellagio again. Everyone who worked there was wonderful. Thanks to Andrea and Syria for all of your information and always having a smile when we returned to the apartment. We wish the weather had allowed us to swim but the pool was lovely and even to just relax in the back was a treat. A MUST STAY if in Bellagio."
