Beach Hotels in Cha-am

I was very happy with the view in our hotel room. Whilst there was a small problem with the air conditioning towards the end of our stay, the hotel ended up providing up a full refund for the remaining days despite the fact that we had to cancel our booking due to a change in travel plans. The restaurant is so underated and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and very suitable for a family stay, especially with children, as there was enough space for kids to play comfortably. The layout was well designed, with two bathrooms serving both the living area and the bedroom, which was very convenient. The room also included a bathtub, and the shower and toilet areas were separated into dry and wet zones, making it very practical. The dressing area was also impressively spacious. Overall, the cleanliness was almost good, though there were a few areas that could be improved. The floor felt a little sticky and there were some traces of sand, which may be understandable given the hotel’s seaside location. That said, a bit more attention to detail in housekeeping would make the stay even more comfortable.

This garden view room overlooks the sea and the pool. The accommodation is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The bed is large and comfortable. The breakfast offers a good variety. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. This is definitely a place I would return to.

“Don’t judge the book by its cover.” This quote can explain everything here at the hotel in a GREEN FLAG alert! :) First look might be obsolete of non-modern. Gradually was fascinated by overall experiences: wide room with great durability and well-prepared amenities. Breakfast buffet line was MVP! Pinned this place for possible next trips for sure!

Every staff member provided excellent service. The room was spacious. On the day we checked in, we paid extra at the hotel to upgrade to a pool access room, which made it much more convenient for the kids to swim. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff kept refilling everything. I loved it! I'll definitely come back again.

1. Trouble with the parking lots….not enough spce for the guests. 2. Trouble with the area and tables for breakfast… the line-up and the que of breakfast, the quantity for the tables for guest are not enough and the guest have to wait….this is my very new experience for the service of 5-star hotel. Though I already paid for 2-day breakfast in the booking, so I decided to leave the breakfast for the last day and find good breakfast in the city. 3. The service was great, right from the valet staff. The location is excellent, right by the beach, just across the street. There are plenty of food options and a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the staff kept it refilled and provided constant service. There's a swimming pool on the 17th floor and another one in front of the hotel, both convenient to use. However, the mattress was springy and not very comfortable, and there weren't enough foot towels, though you can ask for more.

If you’re looking to get away from the bustling city and into the peaceful private beach setting, this is for you. Quiet and very peaceful. Big rooms and super clean. Very accommodating especially with a dog. Would stay here again.

Spacious hotel with lots of space/area for choosing to spend time with family. Overall atmosphere/furniture is pretty old but still functional. The triple room (3 beds) is so huge with sofas and balcony too!

We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious. It was a little stuffy, and the hotel is older, but overall it was okay, except for the bathroom. I hope they'll improve it. The sink and bathtub were stained and grimy; I wouldn't even let my kids sit in it. We only let them stand for showers. There was a slight drain smell, but it was bearable.
