"We booked a single night. We had to check in at 14:00 but we were allowed to enter earlier, around 11:30 - we were super happy about that! Location very good in relation to the beach and the rest of the city. 100 percent fine. Friendly staff and quiet hotel despite the location in the city. The lobby very inviting and modern.
The room we had been given was on the older side. Hole in the door, and cracks in the walls. Maybe due to previous water damage.
Air conditioning worked, didn't make too much noise and there were generally all facilities. Might consider booking with them again. I hope that in time they will renovate the rooms that have old damage, as it will affect the overall impression."

"The most impressive benefits were fivefold: 1. The sheets and duvet covers were incredibly soft and comfortable. 2. It's close to the beach. 3. There are many bars, restaurants, and BBQ spots nearby, which is very convenient. 4. The breakfast options were good. 5. There's a bar right downstairs, but surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at all once the balcony door was closed, so I could sleep peacefully. However, the bathroom had a slight unpleasant smell, and parking was a bit of a walk. Overall, the value for money is excellent. If you're not too picky, this hotel is definitely worth a stay, and a walk along the beach in the morning and evening is highly recommended."

HHappy sunnyWonderful boutique hotel. Every detail is beautiful. Lots of orchids and flowers, good sense of design and taste. Nice bathtub, ocean view from our room. Free drinks and snacks from refrigerator. Free cocktails between 6-7pm. Very quiet and peaceful to stay here. We stayed six nights and enjoyed everything. One time we played golf late and the hotel packed us a small snack box. The staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Easy to take Grab taxi to town.

PPeter DavidWe took a courtyard view room. It had a spacious balcony and drying area, but you do look out onto other balconies, so if you value privacy go for poolside views. It was spotlessly clean, perhaps recently decorated, with a shower extension added to the bath tub. Breakfast is delicious with full Western and Thai choices. Stroll through the ground floor passing the swimming pools to reach the beach with its sunshaded seating area. Cha am beach has a nice atmosphere. Not overcrowded and beach food was fresh and tasty. Lots of Thai families staying at the hotel. We keep coming back for the pools and location.

Hotel is located no more than 5 mins by taxi just North of Hua Hin AIrport and 15 mins by taxi to the main Market Village Mall of the City.
Don't believe previous reviews conveyed the size of this hotel. This is a mega property with vast swimming pool areas to enjoy including a lovely garden pools if you want a quiet afternoon snooze.
We had two meals in the main buffet area and both were excellent...thank you Warnara for looking after us!
If you decide to book this hotel I would strongly recommend taking up the breakfast option...when was the last time you were in a hotel that served roast beef at the breakfast buffet?
Rooms are large and spotlessly clean and kitted out with high quality furniture.
Finally I'll share the best kept secret within this hotel....the exec floor on the 7th floor! If you can stretch your holiday budget do not miss this wonderful exec floor experience were Ms.Amonrat and her team will ”welcome you home!” And ensure your day is closed out with a few cold beers or lovely wine.
Glad we found this jewel and look forward to a return trip soon!

JJaspezaraSheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made.
We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well.
However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet.
Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them.
The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

AAnonymous UserHotel location is exceptional and close to the beach. Guests are overcrowded on weekend, insufficient common space including breakfast. The line for Moo-Ping is too long and table turnovrr takes so long as well. Good but nit worth for money that I have paid.

เเจ้าหญิง กุหลาบThe staff across all departments were excellent, and the front desk service was great. Check-in was quick and efficient. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, and well-stocked with amenities such as body wash, shampoo, and lotion.
We had booked three rooms, and the AC in one of them wasn't cooling properly. The staff promptly came to inspect it and immediately offered to switch our room, which we greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was delicious, with a varied menu that changed daily, making it very convenient and enjoyable.
Its location is excellent, being close to both the beach and a 7-Eleven. There are also many street food vendors selling delicious options right outside in the mornings and evenings, which was a huge plus.

PPinyapatPros: Family room is squeaky clean and bed including extra bed are so comfortable. The room smells nice. Water pressure is good but temperature oscillates between warm and cold. Reception is very efficient on check in and check out. They are well- trained! Location is the reason why we came here twice because it was right on the beach, surrounded by various restaurants, street food and a convenient store.
Location is very convenient with parking.
Fair: Breakfast in quality, quantity and variety. Some(4) ants from the wall came on the pillow and bit my neck and face.
Cons: Facility extremely limited; 2 elevators which are old and slow. The area where we waited for the elevators on the lower floors and lobby smelled like sewage water at times. Pools were small and water was not clear.

Old but sufficient, maintained gym equipments though threadmill arm section may need tightening to reduce noisy vibration during run.
Nice small pool but unfortunately located not at beach side though I did not use due to dermatitis.
Decent spread of buffet breakfast with 2 types of freshly cooked/on request cook fry eggs/pancake/french toast and omellette with chosen fillings.
Table cleared efficiently and cleaned regularly.
Staff both in reception and bkft friendly and warm.

CChangKids enjoyed the facilities. Though on last night of our stay there was a big party held in the hotel and the music was way to loud and didn’t stop until 11pm. It was not nice at all since it is a kids friendly hotel and that noice caused problem to our children’s sleep.

BBaeoilyVery impressed with this hotel, all staffs and the room for three super spacious. I went to this place with my family. Stay here make me feel like home. If I have sometime to rest and relax, I will come back again for sure.
