Beach Hotels in Aegina

It was an amazing stay in this hotel, hotel parking are more space right next to the hotel, walking distance around 8 mins to the beach, location are perfect 3 mins walk down to the street is the main street where all the restaurants and shops, breakfast were good enough, all staff are very helpful and friendly. Suitable for family

We booked last minute and had an early check-in. Was very easy with Trip.com. We had a blocked shower drain with our first shower and they moved us to a different room-fast. This was great! We slept well on comfortable bedding. The balcony was comfortable with captain's chairs and a large table. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, bread and cheese and cold cuts. Eggs and a fresh salad with a meat pie. It was presented on a patio with good shade. The property has an ocean view and actually faces Athens-pretty to see the lights at night. The grounds have a terrace for sunbathing, beautiful rosemary hedges, pomegranate trees and veggie garden spaces-very nicely done. The beach is at the bottom of the hill-not a bad walk-2 minutes. The beach tables/umbrellas were not set up for the hotel as it is officially shoulder season but we pulled down some lounge chairs for our beach time. Make sure if you come here to take the Souvala Ferry as it is walking distance to the property. We arrived at the Aegina Town ferry and rented a car-we wanted one for the trip anyway. Best of all was Debbie-the English version of her Greek name-she was front desk manager and was very welcoming and informative. Her English is good and she is working on it constantly. We will be back to this little Shangri-la hopefully soon.

Even though I was kind of aware this hotel is old, I got shocked how outdated it was. The room was kept neat and clean, but the distinct smell of old house struck me right away when I entered the room. Because it was off-season, it felt even hollow there. The view from the room was phenomenal. The owner was kind. Cats were cute and it was bonus points as a cat person. Breakfast was mid.
