Northgale, the best and warmest in Skegness.
“Tea or coffee,” was the owner’s first greeting when we met. Then she patiently showed me the rooms and let me make my choice. Then I got welcome wine. It’s too sweet, and I sleep very well. I really love it.
It’s hard to say goodbye to the owner's family. I loved their kindness and warmth. They offer the best price with the best service. Come and try; you’ll agree with me.

Josie and Paul are very nice friendly hosts, we arrived early and they let us park our car up while the room was being prepared. We stayed 2 nights in a ground floor room which was very clean and tidy with a tv, coffee stand and fresh towels, the bed was so comfortable and clean. also the guest house was quiet and well lit when you arrive back late at night .
A really nice area and it's only a short walk to all the attractions and seafront from the b&b. We didn't have breakfast but it did look amazing. We recommend this guest house 100%

We enjoyed the peaceful & quiet stay.
Maybe & hopefully the check out time can be amended to 12 noon if it is possible.

Apartment is roomy (booked 2 bedroom - 1 double bed and 2nd bedroom 1 single bed).
The proprietor was extremely helpful as its keypad opening on rooms and push button key code to enter building.
There is no lift but he took my case up to my room for me.
Only little negative is there is no toaster and no dustpan and brush to clean up (especially if you have spent time at the beach and/or you have children/grandchildten)
I would definitely recommend and will definitely stop here again.
