Porth Veor Manor, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western is just over a mile from Newquay, within easy walking distance of all the amenities it has to offer, but far enough away to act as a haven from the hustle!
Prettily perched above Porth Beach, you can look forward to breathtaking views across to Trevose lighthouse. But if you fancy a stroll, our terrific terraced gardens flourish in the mild Cornish climate and a private path leads you to join the coastal route, with easy access to Porth beach below.
The hotel building itself is a charming 19th Century manor, packed with
original features such as our winding staircase and open fires. And as were big on good taste, youll find award winning locally sourced food in the relaxing interior of our restaurant too!
A stay at our Premier Inn Newquay (Seafront) hotel puts you next to the coast, just a few minutes' stroll from Tolcarne Beach, less than a 10-minute walk from the award-winning Great Western Beach and under two miles from the surfer's paradise, Fistral Beach. While you're in town hop on a steam train at Lappa Valley, discover exotic sea life at the Blue Reef Aquarium and find buried treasure at Pirate's Quest. After a fun day at the seaside, look forward to a delicious meal at our in-house Thyme restaurant and a great night's sleep on one of our comfy Hypnos beds.
"The room is spacious enough for a family, and the location is convenient with a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away. The room also has a sea view."
Clean, comfortable room with good heating - which was appreciated during a cold snap that coincided with our visit. The wi-fi was reliable, and there was a TV, tea and coffee making equipment and a modern bathroom. Contrary to what some other reviews say, the beds are comfortable with good pillows. There is no fridge or in-room safe, but we did not require those things. The staff were friendly and bar and restaurant facilities were available if required. The ”full Cornish” breakfast was good although not over large. The location is excellent for a range of local services and beaches. Constructive suggestion: add a soap tray in the shower. even if this is just one that clips on to the shower head riser bar.
Stayed here with my young son for my birthday
Room was very clean I'm a cleaner of 5* properties and i was very satisfied
We visited the indoor swimming pool and were pleasantly surprised how lovely it was
The receptionist was lovely and helpful i can't remember her name but thankyou
Room had a lovely view of the sea and wasn't too far to walk from the town
Evening entertainment sounded great but my son was too tired for us to stay and listen but bar area was very cosy and clean
Beds were comfy and Room temperature was good
Breakfast was amazing definitely recommend having that
It's very close to Newquay Station, just a few minutes' walk across the bar street. It's a very modern facility. The app opens the door, but it's really inconvenient for men and women to live together. It's also very convenient to go to the airport the next day. There is a direct bus
All very good nice hotel very good location clean apart from the seagulls on the roof outside the bedroom window they had babies making a noise and there was no way to park. I had to pay in a car park opposite Hotel is lovely and the staff are great.
