The hotel is located 35 min walk from the town otherwise 10min of drive to the city. The reception service is excellent, very helpful and polite. The pool and the jacuzzi is heated even during the winter, and kept clean and tidy around, it was enjoyable to use it in the morning. The room I had was classic, but my room was upgraded from a classic to family when I arrived. The room kept clean and tidy each day! The things like a rob and slippers are not provided, but it was a pleasant stay and going to come back again.

The hotel is top, beautiful clean rooms, a nice shower and separate toilet. Prima size. Well a responsive building! The garden is beautifully built and a great, somewhat warm pool for us. There is no restaurant at the breakfast. But you can order some drinks and some tapas/fridge, ice cream. Even the Dutch bitter ball. Very friendly staff, they were very helpful! We found the location of the hotel a little less and were not really enthusiastic about Saint Aygulf. Maybe in the summer more fun. With the car there are enough beautiful places to view in the surroundings.

New Year's Eve: Room/Studio, spacious with terrace. Very quiet, clean, well equipped, “king size” bed (2X 90CM), very comfortable. Furthermore, no problem parking in the private car park and night guard. My husband and I are delighted and recommend “Zenitude Hotel”. 旅館在進鎮子的路上，可以把車停好再走路去鎮上，到鎮子中心大概要兩公里，走路要半小時，稍微有點遠，但是勝在價格比鎮子裏酒店便宜不少。房間在院內的一座小樓裏，有個大陽台，陽台下面就是泳池，能看見大海，設施還不錯，服務人員也很熱情。但是由於在路邊，有大排量車經過，早上還是有些吵。總體不錯，值得推薦。

There is a yard next to the hotel where you can park, but the fee is expensive (30 euros per night). Of course, it is said that you can also park for free on the roadside. The only drawback is that we arrived at more than three o'clock in the afternoon. The front desk said that there was only one sea view room on the first floor left. The room was small and the view of the sea was limited. If you want a higher floor, you must pay 160 euros to upgrade. I can't accept this. Later, I reported this to Ctrip customer service, but it was unsuccessful, so I had to compensate for the parking fee of 30 euros.

Very good little hotel in the center of the town. Friendly reception staff. Our room was bigger than I expected with good bedding and bathroom amenities. The heating system is set on very warm, but you can easily turn it off and it becomes comfortable to sleep at night. Breakfast is western style and has many different yummy foods to choose from. I was impressed with the variety of teas Palais Des Thés that you can brew yourself. This tea is the best tea in France and world famous!

Mixed experience – some disappointments for a ”spa hotel” The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included. Also, I found it quite strange that I wasn’t allowed into the pool with a brand new swim short. They said only traditional swimwear (briefs or tight-fitting swimsuits) were allowed for ”hygiene reasons,” which I don’t really understand. My swim short was completely clean and never worn before.

We paid €125 a room at the Grand Hotel de Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked into our room and immediately noticed unswept hair on the floor. The bathroom door wouldn't close completely and was slightly ajar, which was very disconcerting. There was black mold in the shower, the sink wouldn't drain, the electrical outlet was coming loose from the wall, and the bed creaked with every movement. We asked the receptionist for a room upgrade, and they did, thank you. The new room was much better, everything worked, and we were relieved. But we also encountered a bummer: in the bathroom upon arrival, there were ”traces of previous tenants” under the toilet seat. I don't want to nitpick, of course, but the experience wasn't the best. Perhaps they should have a conversation with the staff or establish some kind of oversight over cleaning.
