The hotel is beautiful, but the lack of cleanliness, both in the rooms and the common areas, really shocked me. The room's terrace was full of cobwebs and dirty, and in the 3 nights we stayed there, they never dusted. I've attached photos of the bedside tables, which even had stains (not just dust) until I went down to reception to complain. The restaurant windows haven't been cleaned in a long time either… I've never seen anything like this in a hotel, especially not one of this caliber. To top it all off, when I checked out, they had included a €301 restaurant charge from another room. If I hadn't carefully checked the bill, they would have charged us for it.
Maison Chiberta had very lovely staff! They were doing an exceptional job in the heat!! Our room was stylish but lacked storage, but very lovely and clean and that’s probably our fault for booking a small room.
The breakfast wasn’t fantastic and there were a lot of flies around the food all morning, no fly nets were used by the hotel for some reason.
It feels like some of the hotel eg. The rooms, has been renovated to a very high standard. But then other areas were completely lacking. No AC or fans in communal areas and the gym for example was very hot and the floor wasn’t grippy so it was very slippy in there.
I’m not sure we would stay again but we did love the area with our car. I would realistically say it is a 3 star hotel with 4 star potential.
It's super clean and well-maintained. Very close to the shopping center, Biarritz, and Anglet, and with McDonald's right next door. The staff is friendly.
The location can also be 5 minutes away from the airport. The hotel facilities are great. I drank in the hotel in the evening and had a meal at noon. The service was very good. There are many varieties of dishes. Unfortunately, there are no two beds in the standard package. The spa resort hotel is very suitable for relaxing inside the Tudu's house. It is about 15 minutes drive from the beach. There is a great restaurant recommended next to it.
