Beach Hotels in Jandia

Did everything go well, not totally. Faulty lock on patio door and wrong room allocation. But issues were fixed within the hour when highlighted. Shows the professionalism of this hotel. Good central location, quality and size of rooms and main pool area are standouts. Food too a real positive for breakfast and evening meals. Quality again is the word I’d use here. What to say re the staff, superb. Really a pleasant and relaxing stay. Only negative was the Spa area, new charge a little irksome, but area appears to have lost its way, and dress policy not for me. Went once, but not worth a return.

Es wurde mit einem Innenpool und Spa beworben. Ein Innenpool existiert erst gar nicht und die Spa befindet sich nicht im Hotel. Äußerst schade vor allem bei einem Aufenthalt mit Regen

The complex is very good and are very friendly you lack a little maintenance in the room but the gardens are imperfect . Breakfast buffet was well all and although the hotel is huge you have no sense of massing or colls to pick up things.

Looks a bit of old but its okay， breakfast is also okay but coffee is not

Very good stay! Perfectly located, walking distance to the seaside. A comfortable bed and pillows, immaculately clean, friendly staff. Tasty food and a big selection of drinks. Beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately the water in the swimming pool wasn't warm, and another bigger pool was in repair.

Buenas instalaciones, comida correcta para el precio que se paga, no es un TI con grandisima variedad pero la comida es rica y bien cocinada, cierto es que entre horas, TI es mejorable. personal amable y profesional
