⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second time staying at this property (though it’s under a new name now), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work. The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls. During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest. A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!

“I recently stayed in a room with a sea view, which was quite nice and comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find that the bathroom lacked essential amenities such as a shower cap and hair conditioner. The swimming pool area had comfortable sun beds that provided a great opportunity to relax, but the loud music played throughout the day was quite disturbing. It felt imposing to have music chosen for you, especially when you might prefer something different or silence. The reception service was acceptable, though not exceptional. I found the women at the reception to be more friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel’s location near the center of Ibiza is convenient, but the street where the hotel is located is frequented by lower-class locals, which can feel unsafe after 23:00. While the street noise was not audible in the sea view room, I would strongly advise against booking a street-facing room. The lack of double-glazed windows makes it difficult to sleep, especially with a noisy supermarket nearby playing loud techno music late into the night, along with its rowdy clientele. Additionally, the restaurant was also noisy. Furthermore, there are limited parking options available. The reception does not provide information on this matter, and the street itself does not seem to offer much parking, which can be a real problem if you plan to rent a car. In summary, unless you plan on being out day and night and don’t require parking, I recommend avoiding the street view rooms due to the noise and lack of comfort.”

We had a lovely short stay here on our first visit to Ibiza. The hotel was in a brilliant location, next to the bus station, Lidl and within easy walking distance of bars, clubs & restaurants. We chose the half board option, and both breakfast & dinner were fabulous, with plenty of choices. The staff were efficient & friendly & we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Ibiza!

It was very comfort because inside the room there were everything ( microvave, fridge, conditioner). Also it was very clean, but it’s pity that my room had not balcony…

Very comfortable bed and 10/10 pillows. Spectacular sea views, but it is not 500m from the centre, rather double that and there are also 121 stairs. Breakfast is €15 at the hotel. The jacuzzi is small and shared. The staff is very friendly except for the morning receptionists.

The entire staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, I specifically requested a room without the smell of tobacco and to make a double bed, and that's not what I received. In addition, the hotel is very well located, close to a large parking lot, and the breakfast and dinner were surprisingly affordable.

Location is excellent with views of the bay, water taxi moor and bus stop very close by. Also a selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Check in was good but reception could really do with an additional member of staff as sometimes you have to wait quite a while. The token system for drinks screams a cost cutting measure to save on staffing levels in the bar as tables and the outdoor bar area could do with much more regular cleaning and waiting at the bar seemed excessive. Drinks and food quality from the restaurant were very good however. Room was very comfortable even if my room was placed next to the road, which got noise from the bin men in the early morning. The bathroom however is in desperate need of refurbishment and the lift is very small. Courtesy shower facilities in the second building was great with having a late flight home and majority of staff were very friendly, with the exception of one of the men on reception but you can’t always win.

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.
