Service: The service is very good, because the bed room booked, the little girl saw our child, took the initiative to upgrade the parent-child room for us, and also helped us carry such a heavy suitcase up to the fourth floor. Every day, there are fruit plates and hot milk, which makes people feel warm. Facilities: The bedding and decoration are very comfortable. I am a little suggestion. The roof terrace and the second floor terrace can be renovated and built. The scenery is very good. It may be that there are fewer people going now and there are no supporting leisure facilities. Small reminder: Because it is in the Internet Red B&B Street, there may be a homestay for activities at night, there is noise, we met a few people in a homestay next to it one night to have a sharing meeting, and I took the microphone to speak publicly after 11 o'clock in the evening. Can't you hear it face to face? Very strange. This has nothing to do with this homestay, it is a problem of the whole environment. If you are used to quiet and early sleep, you need to pay attention.

The hotel's environmental decoration can be seen very carefully, it should be the most beautiful hotel nearby. So although the curtains in the room are a little flawed, but the flaws are not concealed.

Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee. Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided. Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.
