MMarcoHotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.

GGuest UserO hotel é agradável, a recepcionista é extremamente simpática e atenciosa. O café da manhã não é dos melhores, frutas vezes e todos os pães tem o mesmo sabor, o que salva é a Gerusa com suas tapiocas maravilhosas. A piscina é maravilhosa.

CCleberton SoaresThe hotel has been very well-ready to our expectations. wide and comfortable rooms. All clean corridors. Staff are exceptional! You need to improve the process and check-in space, as well as the breakfast area seemed small for the hotel size, but I would certainly host again.

GGuest UserThen the quality of the establishment as the attention of all the staff very good breakfast excellent reception and all the staff very careful are of congratulations .
The only thing I do is we know that the development is not for and the acceptance for electric car is growing every day that passes would be good the hotel coordinators think to do is improved putting points for load on cars in the garage is simply a take of 10 or 20A.
But the staff got a point for loading my car thanks to everyone.

MMichael deeeThe hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

GGuest UserO hotel fica muito bem localizado, o quarto é muito limpo e o café da manhã é satisfatório. Teria sido uma estadia perfeita, mas tive um imprevisto com o meu transporte para voltar e tive que antecipar o meu checkout por um dia. O hotel não foi solícito para atender meu problema, pois ficavam jogando a culpa de não conseguir mudar a data do checkout para o aplicativo de reserva, sendo que esse foi muito prestativo e me indicou que essa mudança era de responsabilidade do hotel. No geral, indicaria esse hotel para outros, mas deixaria avisado que caso ocorram imprevistos, é possível que não sejam resolvidos.

One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.
