Really cost-effective! ! It feels better than I have two or three thousand in one night in other places! ! Originally, there was no hope. This hotel is also the first choice when choosing a hotel! Reception waiter is also very nice~ We arrived late, the room card was placed directly on the door, the next day should have checked out at ten o'clock, but it was a bit late to make breakfast with her husband, asked if the front desk could check out later, the front desk It is also a direct agreement~ Finally, we have all the things washed before we leave. Awesome ~~~ Strongly recommended to everyone! !

The motel was generally good. The front desk staff were very helpful, communicating via email and patiently answering all my questions. The only downsides were the age of the rooms, the lack of an elevator, and the difficulty of carrying luggage. The rooms were very clean, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The room was very large and spacious, with a fully equipped living room and kitchen, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even cups and plates. There was also a small courtyard in the lobby, exceeding our expectations. We arrived in Warrnambool quite late, and the hotel reception had already closed. We hadn't received a self-check-in email, so we called Ctrip customer service and the security guard posted at the entrance. While looking for the key box, we met a very friendly and patient lady who helped us find the key – we were so lucky!

Great location. The luxury apartment is spacious and the view is incredible! Sparkling clean, easy check in/out. Coffee machine in room would have made it even better

The hotel is very good to find, the location is good, the breakfast is very rich Hygienic: very clean Facilities: Very convenient, in short, it is worth it, next time I have the opportunity to go to Melbourne, I will come back again.

Surrounding environment is good, but the three people in the room are a bit crowded. Doesn't feel very clean.

Great location, clean and accessible to all the locations. The only issue was the heater was not as strong, hence the room was quite chilly at night. Other than that really great place.

Great location for our purposes, dated but very clean, staff friendly and helpful, really the only negatives I could mention were the shower water pressure was low and the shower was missing a wall mounted soap dish. Other than that was great!
