"An excellent stay – highly recommended! Hotel Portanova exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Although communication in English was a little limited, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and always willing to assist with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean. We checked in early on 25 June, slept for just a couple of hours and went out. When we returned, our room had already been cleaned and refreshed, which really impressed us. The attention to cleanliness throughout our stay was outstanding. The atmosphere feels warm and family-run, making you feel more like a guest than just another visitor. Breakfast was another highlight – everything tasted fresh, homemade and carefully prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day. The only small downside was the language barrier, but it never affected the quality of the service or the kindness of the staff. I honestly can’t give this hotel anything less than 5 stars. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming and comfortable place to stay in Sarandë, Portanova Hotel is an excellent choice."

"An in demand hotel and rightly so! Super location just south of the beach with incredible views of the promenade and sea. 6th floor is the way to go! Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but don’t let that put you off booking (as long as you can secure the right room!)."
