Clean and stylish. The style feels very Chicago with the post modern style details: pink neon lights mono chrome sculptures and black and white photos of the stars. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fast. We were desperate to catch a bus and these folks made it happen. Close to the airport, which is definitely nice after a long flight.

Guest UserIt was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract.

The hotel is a bit dated though.
It is spacious and generous.
The heater worked well, so we had a good time.
The location is about that, the price is reasonable, and I'm staying comfortably.
