"The location is far from the city center, but the accommodations were really good.
It was the best value for money.

"This type of suite room at Hyatt House seems to be quite rare in Waltham. This space is very comfortable and convenient to live in. The hotel provides free breakfast, but if you are not satisfied, you can also buy your own food and cook breakfast in the kitchen in the room. The front desk is also very nice."

More than 40 minutes away from Boston by car, but there are supermarkets for eating near the hotel. The large conference center is actually quite convenient. In the United States, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the room design is good, and the stay is satisfactory!

The valet parking service is really good! It is very convenient to eat and shop nearby, and it only takes a few minutes to drive to Harvard! The price is reasonable and very satisfied

*cx0222The hotel was very clean, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The overall environment of the hotel is excellent, and there's a bar on the first floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage. Plus, there's parking available outside the hotel.

Guest UserThe room was great. Clean, stocked with all necessary things like shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would have liked a hairdryer but didn’t see one. The state of the building was a mess though. Major renovations left the first impressions lacking with the “front desk” stuck on the 3rd floor in a conference room. This made dragging my bag through an additional hurdle unhelpful. Renovations are often unavoidable but they should come with informing all guest about them prior to a booking a room. My room looked out onto a huge hole in the ground due to construction on the opposite side of the street. Also not ideal. Views from the lift were nice though.

The room amenities are quite new, and the room itself has that standard Marriott style. The breakfast spread was also quite plentiful. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the landscaping is well-maintained. There are both indoor and outdoor pools, but they are rather small and seem more suited for children. I didn't really experience much in terms of service; I found the service level in the US to be somewhat lacking compared to what I'm accustomed to.

The hotel is far away from downtown Boston and is suitable for those with cars. However, the room is large and the facilities are complete. The quality of the bedding is also very good. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night. There is free parking and the price/performance ratio is very good!

I really love the location of this hotel it's right near the highway. Down the street is 2 food stores and a Dunkin Donuts as well as a Home Depot. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I booked this hotel for a second time right after my first stay and they were super accommodating to my husband and I's needs. Very budget friendly. I definitely recommend this inn for your stay

The location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.
