"Good location close to the airport, has a free transfer to the airport shared with other hotels. From airport to hotel I had to wait 1.30 h for the transfer to come and call the hotel 5 times, and every time I was told the shuttle would arrive in 10 min.
The room is big and good, very nice location
Gym only machine is out of order.
Breakfast is basic but good, nice complimentary coffee available all day"

"Check-in was not the best. Asked if I could get early check-in and ending up after their normal check-in time if I recall correctly. They were not that informative on if they would be able to do check-in early. Also said they were booked when I tried to stay the next day, but their website had rooms available and on other websites and on theirs."

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was right off the interstate and easy to find. The lobby to this hotel was simply gorgeous and I loved entering it. It made us feel as if we were staying in Las Vegas or Dubai with the tall ceilings and fine decor. Our room was spacious and the air was cold just like we like it. Bedding and bathroom were clean and we slept like a dream! Make sure to be aware of shower and how to operate it before getting in. And look out for the soap dish in shower if you are one of those people who bend down and close your eyes in shower a lot. My significant other got a rather untimely gash because didnât notice it. Other than that, loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15. The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water. Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Thank you for reading my feedback and I hope it is helpful for future travelers.
