Hotels with Bars in Henrico County

The room is large, the big bed is more than enough to sleep two people, and the sofa is also very comfortable. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave, and all kinds of kitchen utensils. The bathroom is large, clean and tidy. The living experience is great

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, but the hair dryer only works for a short while before it stops working.

The location of the hotel is very good, also newly renovated, very quiet. The beds are also very comfortable, suitable for family outings. There are many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, all within ten minutes of driving distance, which is very cost-effective.

Breakfast is very simple, parking is free, and eating around is more convenient! The hotel's internal facilities are relatively aging, and the sanitation is not clean enough. There are many black people and the service needs to be improved!

Set 4 rooms, Ctrip to book, and then order to the hotel, after several twists and turns, the name of the place is confusing, and the time to fill out the order is not the same, very affecting the occupancy experience

The hotel has almost no service. We booked a room for two days, but they didn't come to clean or replace toiletries in between. In addition, it was stated when booking that 4 breakfasts were provided free of charge every day. They gave us 4 on the first day, but only 2 on the second day, and asked us to pay for the other 2. Even though the money was not much, the hotel did not keep its promise and has no credibility!

Neat hotel to try. The hotel is a little bit hard to get around and could use better signage in the halls, elevators, roads, etc. The bed was comfy, I was in room 419 and the vanity mirror was broken on one side, and the shower showed signs of mold. The room was cleaned each day, but I was not given more coffee pods. The conditioner bottle did not work. My biggest complaint is that I requested late checkout during booking, at check-in and the morning of departure. I was told it shouldn't be a problem twice but I had to call in the morning. When I did I was given some lane excuse about why they couldn't do it. Because of this, I feel like I can not trust the front desk staff. I would probably not book here again.

I like that the hotel conditions are so clean.

The front desk agent Working during the night couldn’t be any colder. The receptionist who took care of the checkout was even worst.
