This time it rained and my floor started leaking, I thought it was from me getting out of the shower but as the night went on I noticed that every time I stepped in a certain spot on the floor it would produce water 🤦🏽♀️. The bar was completely closed the 2nd night I stayed. I still love the hotel and the location.

GGuest UserThe elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

I think this hotel could exceed expectations if a few things were added/changed. 1. The a/c throughout the hotel and in the rooms/bathrooms should be lowered tremendously. Especially in the warmer times of the year. 2. The parking garage should have some attachment to the hotel or at least make self parking free for guests. 3. It would be nice if the hotel had a pool for kids or guests to utilize. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel with a nice bar/lobby

GGuest UserThere was no bathroom privacy, the wall does not cover the top of the bathroom so if you need to diarrhea,every one heard it, bad lighting, and not so great people staying in this hotel. The pictures do not look like the actual room. I was in a 2bed queen. Very small. Bad plumbing, toilet ran and was loud. This picture is what I saw at the front desk when we walked in. Welcome to Plano.
