XXenaThis is the third time we've stayed here and we always like it because it feel’s like Home when we arrive. The direct Connection to the Mall is very convenient. There is a Macrocenter (Supermarket) on the first floor and many small nice restaurants / bakeries / specialties where you can eat delicious food such as at Lime Alaçati.

GGuest UserAlthough it’s an old hotel, it’s clean and offers good service. Close to public transportation. Everyone from the hotel is helpful and can speak english except for the man from the reception I spoke with when leaving the hotel (his English is poorer than the rest). I trusted the hotel and asked him to call a taxi for airport. He told me it’s safe to use the taxi company that works with the hotel. Unfortunately, the taxi driver still took the longer route just to make more money from tourists. What a shame! The hotel should have taken better care of its guests.

GGuest UserBeautiful boutique hotel set right in the marketplace... took awhile to find this oasis and it was a delight! The courtyard was a quaint dining area and we got to witness a beautiful wedding and a live band. Made the experience extra special. The room is not entirely soundproof if you are sensitive to sound.

AAlfalfaZI came here on a business trip with my students for a competition. The location is a little remote on the hillside, but the environment is very good, the scenery is also good, and you can see a little bit of the Aegean Sea. The breakfast is also rich in choice, and the restaurant environment is also good. On the last day, I was bitten by a wasp. The nurse of the hotel took very considerate care of me, applied medicine and iced it with the help of the translator, and I recovered in two days.

LLilysisterThis was the worst hotel choice of my trip to Turkey. The biggest problem was the strong odor in the room; the bathroom was smelly, and the room had a different kind of odor altogether. Because there were no screens, a large fly got in when I opened the window for ventilation. Looking down from the window, I saw many garbage cans piled up below, no wonder there were flies. The view of the pine trees in the church garden opposite the window was the main reason I chose this hotel, but it turned out like this. People sensitive to smells should be very careful, and I hope the hotel can improve this situation promptly.

GGuest UserWe only stayed here for one night but thought it was amazing and great value for money. the staff are so hospitable and helpful & there’s amazing spaces to hang out in the hotel. Room was clean and comfy. The bartender Yasin is great fun, provides an excellent service and makes you feel so welcome, it was nice to briefly get to know him. Breakfast is incredible and so fresh.

I lived in the parent-child room, one big bed, two small beds, but the parent-child room did not have air conditioning, and the big bed had air conditioning.
The sink is not very convenient,
But the rocking chair is very comfortable!

GGuest UserMr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs.
He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.
The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)
Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.
The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.
You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.
There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports.
If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
