"We arrived at the Inn at 7:30PM. It was hard to find parking. We had to wait around 30mins to have space. Had to pay extra to the men who assisted us in parking. The reception already had our booking and prepared the room keys in advance. They also kept shouting through the 2nd floor window to the men on the street to assist us in parking. The inn had no elevator just stairs going upto 3 floors. The lobby was clear and the beds we nicely made up with free small soap and 1 packet or shampoo. They had towels provided for each of us. We had to open the aircon upon arrival so it took a while before it cooled down but it never really got cold in the room. It was a peaceful quiet stay with ample space. There is mirror, cabinet and shower curtain. There were molds in the CR but the toilet was clean and no bidet but tabo was provided."

”I had a fantastic stay at The Penta! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfy 😊. The amenities were top-notch, and the food was great.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider heating the pool - it was a bit too chilly for my liking. That aside, I'd definitely come back!

2nd time staying in this hotel. This is a budget hotel and so you should adjust expectations but the location is perfect for those travelling to attractions within Subic/Olongapo/Zambales. Just outside SBMA maingate and walkable to Harbor Point and SM Olongapo and lots of nearby food establishments.

The pub part of the offer was outstanding, Magners on tap, real British pub atmosphere, best calamares I had in decades. Nice seats watching out on the bay. Could not be sny better in England.
The rooms were rather soso, and I don’t mean the size or rudimentary furniture. There were small ants all over so I kept my suitcase closed. There was a loud fan in the room and a rattling a/c in the bathroom window. The shower fittings were adventurous and the water flow very low. And the rental requirements did not make me feel really welcome, read yourself to make your own opinion.
I had a quick dip in the water in the morning and left a day early.
In general, I would rather pay 10 bucks more and have a decent shower and a/c and no bugs in my room.

GerrysquashThis is an older hotel I stayed at in subic . I is a long time serving the area . The rooms are basic and the WiFi in not to strong . It could have been better if the room had a kettle and some cups to make a hot beverage !! This is just a basic requirement for a hotel room . But sadly this hotel seems not upbeat to give this for the rooms . Overall the staff sons nice done not so nice . Good location near the beach . But the lack of basic kettle and cups is not what you would expect from a hotel .

Плюсы+ - до бронирования , девушек на ресепшене попросил показать номер , они показали номер и после этого я забронировал номер.
+-вкусный завтрак , но на сайте было написано, что можно было за место завтрака сходить на обед , на ресепшене сказали , что только завтрак.
+хороший работник , много раз выручал , показывал как пользовать сейфом , забывал ключ в номере , он открывал мне ее.
Минус- кажется , что бассейн не чистят , много насекомых плавает , хотел искупаться , так и не решился.
Хитрость персонала - напомнили мне , что я не вернул карточку от двери, но ничего не сказали мне про то, что я забыл залог в 2000 песо , когда пришел через 5 часов , мои деньги убрали в другое место. Такси в отеле стоит 500 песо для иностранцев

SHARAMIEWe had a wonderful stay at Subic Waterfront Resort. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for relaxation, with a beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for families and friends.

They could offer food to order, besides breakfast, especially since their space is cozy for games, the pool, etc. It's a bit far from shops, so we had some hassle with food since a kitchen wasn't offered either. Aside from that, we had no problems. The staff were accommodating and kind. :))

The Suzuki hotel is ideally located with direct beach access. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was very good. Executive rooms spacious with water views
Only negative is the hotel has functions with large attendance with karaoke and music that is VERY loud, so loud the noise resonated through the room until 1am weeknights.
