"Very nice location that faces directly the lagoon. You can rent a kayak or a sup directly with the hotel and visit the surroundings yourself without having to pay the expensive organised tours in the city center.
They have a common kitchen you can use any time. They serve the breakfast here (not too fancy but good enough for my needs).
The staff is really open, kind, and helpful. I would definitely come back."

Guest UserAnche pensandoci, non riesco a trovare nulla che non sia andato in questo soggiorno: struttura bellissima, idem piscina e camere, buona posizione, staff sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, colazione stupenda e abbondante! Ci sarei rimasto molto di più!

The Hotel offers a unique experience. The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The beds are comfortable. Service is friendly and helpful. If you want a unique getaway, stay at this hidden gem in Bacalar.

It was a wonderful accommodation. I was in a very convenient location, the room was spacious, modern and beautiful, and so comfortable that we extended our stay. If I visit again Bacalar I will definitely stay here
