Frankly, I was very satisfied and believe me, the treatment and the facilities were excellent.

Excellent rooftop. Clean and tidy. The room, okay size and bathroom, was great. The breakfast was selective but good tast and fruits. Coffee was terrible though

When I checked in, I was not told that it was a non-smoking room. The next day, they took a form that I signed and said that smoking was not allowed in the room and a fine of 250 US dollars would be imposed. I was shocked. Este hotel me encanta, está siempre muy cuidado los jardines son hermosos , la arquitectura y los objetos son hermosos, cambiaron ya el mobiliario por uno minimalista que quedó muy bien con los objetos clásicos y las pinturas en las habitaciones, la alberca muy bien muy amplia, suficientemente profunda y climatizada yo nade en varios horarios y siempre excelente. Gracias por la atención del personal. Claro también el buffet de desayuno delicioso, el pan recién hecho todo riquísimo.

This hotel has the best location in Aguascalientes for tourism purposes. It is located in the heart of the historic zone. My room on the 3rd floor had a great view of the city (cathedral) and mountains. I highly recommend this hotel. Great business centre (with free printing) and there was even an ice machine.

The decoration of the room is a bit old and the wooden floor is damaged.
