The hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes.
Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room.
The shower gel 🧴 in the room smelled amazing, a classic European scent, I loved it!
Service: Pretty good. When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go.
The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options. The staff 💁♀️ proactively asked if we wanted coffee or tea 🫖.

HaibotaotianThe hotel's location is fantastic, right in the old town, super close to the Royal Palace and all the main attractions. You just step out and walk a block back to reach the heart of the sights. There are plenty of dining options nearby, too. The hotel itself has great facilities, excellent hot water, and is very clean. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

El YStayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.

The location is very good, by the river, the high-rise windows can directly see the beautiful snow-capped mountains, the top floor platform is open, there are tables and chairs, you can sit up and enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. 2-5 The floor is a student apartment, which is relatively lively. Staying in the drink delivery area, although I didn't enjoy it, but this is well received.

The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage.
The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace!
The style is a bit retro but elegant.
The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time.
We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!

great WiFi, worth the money, with very close proximity to Torino central train station. Rooms and shower are clean.
spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable,with big windows. I will not hesitate to book here again for my short stay in Torino.

zhshannWe stayed in here for a night. Everything was good except the room was too cold, it seems like the heating system worked not so well. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was great. Location also a bit far from the city center but no problem if you have a car.

Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for €15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.

Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
