Really good hotel with 3 stars but deserves 5 stars, best locations near Sanremo attractions, really good parking plot free of charges, nice modern clean rooms, great socials areas, superb restaurant and food and really really good breakfast, cross the road to Nobel villas and parks magnificent sight seen Sea shores, easy walks to downtown and 10 minutes from Sanremo music festival theater.

The hotel itself is nice and tidy, however service is bad. All reception team are not willing to help anyone and doesn’t sound cheerful. Waiters in restaurant discussing customers in front of them. Extra surprise- there is no fresh water in room, you can buy it for 2euro from minibar. One more disappointment - beach club is not included also (the description states an exclusive beach area). There is a lot that needs to be improved.

The hotel is very good, far from the chaos of the sea and the locals. The car is within a few minutes from the highway or the center of Sanremo. Spacious and clean room. It is to note the very friendly staff and available for any request.
The only neo is the temperature of the shower water, not warm enough.
