"Замечательный отель на берегу океана с очень милыми и дружелюбными сотрудниками. В номере просторно, кондиционер работает хорошо, в санузле горячая вода, есть шампунь и жидкое мыло. Завтрак включает блюдо из яиц с хлебом. Чай и кофе без ограничений, горячая и холодная вода в кулере доступна в течение всего дня. Предоставляется трансфер из аэропорта Макассара и обратно, стоимость 950k.
Мы очень благодарны сотрудникам отеля за то, что они приняли во внимание нашу ситуацию и помогли нам. Дело в том, что мы были вынуждены перенести вылет и прибыли на сутки позже. Но по условиям бронирования, изменить бронь и вернуть средства за оплаченные сутки проживания и завтраки, которыми мы не воспользовались, было невозможно.
Сотрудники отеля в качестве компенсации организовали для нас ужин в ресторане, куда нас отвезли на машине. Они оплатили за наш ужин 300k рупий (за 2 человек). Мы могли заказать и больше, но тогда мы должны бы были сделать доплату из своих средств. Однако нам вполне хватило этих 300k, чтобы прекрасно поужинать.
Бара - замечательный пляж, а отель Bara Cabana - прекрасное место, чтобы провести несколько дней на этом пляже."
