Hotels with Bars in Strasbourg

The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel. It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs. Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

Very close to the train station. A little far from the old city center, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The attractions are relatively concentrated. The room is not big. After all, why would you need a bicycle in this area? The hygiene is OK. There is no bottled water in the room. You can go to the lobby to get water in a glass bottle and bring it to the room. There is also free coffee. It was written on Ctrip that the room has a small refrigerator, but I found that it was not there when I actually checked in. The breakfast is OK. The breakfast at Mercure has always been OK, but I have to complain about the Asian female employee in charge of breakfast. She greeted all white customers with a smile and said hello after the meal, but when I left and passed by her, she seemed to see nothing. The other service staff were very good, very warm and friendly, but they spoke French by default, hahaha

This is a difficult hotel to review. The rooms we originally booked did not match the rooms that we were allocated. I understand that the hotel is an old building with a variety of styles of rooms, but the advertising is very misleading. With the help of the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, Noam(?), we shared our complaint and were given different rooms that were much better. Noam went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and welcome throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the property doesn’t have USB charging points, so you will need an adapter. Finally, we did have a fire alarm that was very laissez faire (I ran down the WOODEN fire escape stairs in my socks to find the hotel staff (an older gentleman) not really doing a lot - and not really explaining what was going on) and the fire escape had A LOT of cleaning supplies and furniture that in a real situation would have cost lives - I do think this is something the property needs to rectify immediately.

The 24-hour club is simply amazing. We took the 6 o'clock train to Berlin, and went to the club to have a cup of coffee and some snacks before departure. It was really considerate and convenient. Thanks to the service staff of OKKO!

Facilities: Parking available, which is convenient. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Located inside a shopping mall, very close to the city center and the church, all within walking distance. Service: The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and check-in was very smooth.

This a very well organized hostel for solo travelers. It’s safe, clean and efficient with spacious toilets and showers. Each person has a locker and bed curtain. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel's location was good, but you need to reserve parking in advance. Since I was late, there was no parking available, and I had to park 500 meters away in a paid parking lot. It was a 15-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center, which is a nice spot. Because it's a new hotel, they sent me back and forth to my room a couple of times as they had given me the wrong key card and hadn't loaded it into the system.

Location a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk). We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right! Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.

Great location between the train station and the Christmas market (main town). The morning-shift staff made me feel a little uncomfortable, they didn’t allow me to bring my small luggage into the breakfast room which I understood, but afterward two men (different time/room) were allowed to bring their checked luggage and sat right next to me that made me wonder why.. But despite that, the stay was really good

Very comfortable hotel, the room is spacious and bright. The big sister at the front desk service is really friendly. The surrounding environment is also very quiet. Living here is very cost-effective and worth recommending
