Boao Cedar Hotel and Spa is one of the best hotels in the area. The garden is exquisite, there are older buildings, the room facilities are relatively complete, there is an underground parking lot, the spa service is very popular, and the reservation is a bit difficult. The hotel restaurant is also a Michelin star, which is a very rare option. Unfortunately, the service is a bit flawed and the attitude is slightly arrogant and cold. I hope it is not for foreign guests.

This overseas stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Several popular attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making daily shopping and dining hassle-free. The check-in process was efficient and smooth. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, patient, and attentive, promptly answering any questions I had. The room was clean, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were well-maintained, with a stable hot water supply and all necessary toiletries. The room had good natural light and ventilation, basic appliances worked perfectly, and the internet speed was stable, allowing me to work and watch videos without any issues while traveling. The hotel's public areas were clean and elegant, with a quiet environment and good soundproofing, ensuring I wasn't disturbed by outside noise. The breakfast selection was varied, featuring both local specialties and light meals, and the taste was quite good. The housekeeping service was excellent, with meticulous daily cleaning. Overall, the service was professional and attentive, with attention to detail, and excellent value for money. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short business stays, greatly enhancing my experience abroad. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

A pleasant hotel, well located in the indoor ring. Breakfast buffet with sufficient choice in bread, charcuterie, egg, breakfast cereals, fruit,...All of the right quality. Our standard room was quietly located with view of the indoor garden. Comfortable bed. Apart toilet in very small room. Good shower. Handy parking in the hotel. Book in advance!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Note however that not all rooms are in the château, our rooms were in the garden in a kind of bungalow. This was not disclosed during the booking. The room was very spacious, but not a château experience.

The hotel location is excellent high point of the hotel, but the hotel is very old, has no lift, and it is very difficult to get up with the bags to the room and in addition to the very small room!

The hotel is about 10mins walk from the main station with our luggages. It’s just outside of the main town area but it is walkable everywhere in Beaune. There was a nice bakery and crêperie nearby. The room is a little cramped but was clean and toilet is huge. The soap provided smelt nice too. There is no lift but we were lucky to be on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They greeted us whenever we walked past and helped us store the luggages. It was a good stay!

The room is not very big, the place is just enough, the so-called big bed is just two single beds put together 😅 and it is recommended not to have breakfast at the hotel, there is nothing to eat, and it is very expensive 🥲 It is better to go out and buy ⋯.

Very charming and professional welcome at Tonneliers. We arrived and had to head straight out to lunch before check in. The front desk team were chatty and very accommodating and ordered us a taxi. I would absolutely stay again here in Beaune.

The hotel's price/performance ratio should be one of the best in the city. Butler  is very familiar with the attractions and transportation arrangements. Make the itinerary smooth. The location of the hotel is convenient, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to shopping spots and restaurants in the city.  is an excellent choice for enjoying the style, wine and food of a small European town.

Small room and bathroom, thoughtful and complete. The waiter is friendly, the parking lot is convenient, there are several restaurants not far away, very convenient for road trip parking for one night.
