Beyond our expectations! Courteous, friendly, and very polite staff. The food was excellent and varied, both for breakfast and dinner. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed 6 nights and were delighted! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is just average, the only plus point is this hotel is very near to beach. It's not near to any shops or restaurant, you need car to travel out. The hotel wi-fi is very bad connection

Good location, great service, delicious evening buffet, we liked it. We will book half board for next time. Only thing is the hotel is a bit old, we had been arranged to the room 1306 which is really bad, the drawers were stuck, not easy to open, the room was stink, the TV controller wasn’t working…. we reported them to the receptionist, be fair the service was very quick, one staff took some cleaning sprays to check the bathroom and an other gave us some new batteries in 10 minutes. It seems all sorted, But the smells were still there, I couldn’t sleep properly for the whole night! The room should not used until fixed the problem properly. After one night, we asked the receptionist to change our room, the girl behind the counter was brilliant, she arranged anther room for us which was much better. Over all, this hotel is great, definitely come back next year.

Quaint hotel with a nice pool and bungalow type rooms that open up to the pool. The breakfast is quite good, fresh and tasty, nice coffee. Has a fitness room, that I used, some yoga mats and kettles would be appreciated. Extremely friendly waiter😊

Ls ubicación del hotel muy bien. La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear, encontramos pelos en la ducha antes de usarla nosotros, y manchas de comida en la mesa dem comedor. Las instalaciones de la habitsción estaban llenas de desperfectos: óxido en el espejo, cal en el grifo de la ducha, la mesa de madera rota... Además, pese a ser una habitación con cocina, no disponía de nada para poder usar la cocina, ni una sartén, ni ollas, ni ningún tipo de utensilio para poder cocinar o lavar los platos, solamente venía equipada con dos platos, dos cubiertos y dos vasos. En cuanto al resto de instalaciones, el desayuno bufet muy bien, variado y completo y el lugar del restaurante muy bonito. No usamos ninguna instalación más, pero sí que nos dio pena que no tuvieran en uso la piscina natural. El trato recibido es mejorable.

During my stay (April) was cold weather and heating was not working. Everything other was excellent. Price/quality, food, entertainment, hotel staff, etc.

La verdad es que por el precio que pagamos por el todo incluido no vamos a pedir mas. Comida estaba bien, quizas poca variedad, pero no nos quejamos. El personal de diez. Lo que no me gusto es que hacia un calor infernal en la isla y no ponian aire acondicionado en las instalaciones en las que se encontraba el personal trabajando (el aire acondicionado del comedor se desactivaba a las 15:00h independientemente de quien estuviera alli adentro). Es un hotel enfocado para el turismo extranjero. La cena se da hasta las 21:00h, deberian ampliarlo hasta las 22:00 a mi parecer. Hay muchas actividades. El horario de piscina demasiado limitado (10-18h) a las 6 de la tarde aun apetece quedarse bañandose. Por lo demas, todo bien.

Hotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough. The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am? On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time? The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further. Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.
