The hotel is around 30mins from the airport.
Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite
Nice infinity pool on the roof.
Food was amazing, there was something different everyday.
I highly recommend and will stay again.

The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

Excellent facilities and resources for participating in many local activities including cycling and wind surfing. Beautiful pool and nice rooftop bar.
Hotel features a welcome front at the rooftop bar and a large cooking area.
No air conditioning bit the bedroom has a ceiling fan and the evening breeze cools the room down.
Near many restaurants and shops close to national park.

The hotel is very well located, clean, taxi centre just next to the port and the beach and the main street, several supermarkets not far alone problem, no glasses on the door of the toilets of our room we stayed blocked twice.

The hotel is right on the beach and has a great location; the sanitation service is very good and everything is clean; the dining and entertainment are also great; the facilities need to be improved, such as the curtains are old and not smooth, and the room card is too big to fit in your pocket when you go out for a run. Convenient, the size of the TV is about the same as the monitor; the biggest problem is that only the lobby has Wi-Fi and there is no Wi-Fi signal in the room, which is very incomprehensible.

I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Heat water in the pool. Great events and animations. Eating ok walk could be a little better quality. Beautiful views. Room with sea view is an absolute hit. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

We are repeaters of this apartment, we love and what more your close workers careful and friendly, make you feel like at home, we always advise you :) the only stick that would wear is that there are few shadows and hams to the number of customers who has the apartments.

The accommodation needs updating and needs TLC until they get round to it. It is very clean, staff are friendly and happy to help. where we had fridge and kettle need to have double plug, they was quick and gave me a extension lead to use both together. it a shame bar inside not opened as we had windy nights and we was sat pool bar with patio heaters on which i didnt do.
Lovely that in your accommodation you are told about put your towels down around the pool, that they get removed if not being used so no blocking sunbeds.
could do with some paperwork for you to keep on your visit on what time you choice for meals and also what time snacks available on the all inclusive.
It a lovely touch that you get a towel for you to use at the pool i not been to hotel that gives you them..
Food is good for a 3star only thing would be a problem in higher season is only 1 toaster in dining room.
I full enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again..

Mixed review, first room awful, second room great. 1 star for first room, 3/4 stars for second. Location and pool both excellent.
First room had bugs (ants and or dust mites) everywhere sink, kitchen, counters, fridge, couches
Asked reception in morning to fix issue. Receptionist said she'll tell cleaners but didn't apologize forvthe state of the room. Cleaners didnt do anything didnt even go to apartment. Asked again in the evening, new receptionist was lovely and much more helpful and offered to move us to new room.
No issues with new room. Maybe first room had nice patio to sit out in but that was ok. Second room was clean bug free and let us use kitchen and enjoy our holidays.
Pool is lovely and big, clean and always a sun lounger available . 4 stars for pool. Better than expected. Pool bar open 10-6.
Note as orhers mentioned do need to pay extra for toaster, kettle, fan etc. safety deposit is free with deposit for key.
