Located within the scenic area, the environment is incredibly comfortable. Children can play on the slides, collect eggs, and dig for bamboo shoots in the backyard without even leaving the hotel. It's less than a 10-minute drive to see pandas up close! The hotel itself also has a billiards room, a mini gym/yoga room, a karaoke room, and a children's karaoke room – so thoughtful! Adults and children can play separately, allowing several families with kids to relax without worrying about the kids. Although it's still winter, the bamboo forest scenery is still stunning. You can sunbathe on the rooftop, watch the sunset, and enjoy tea or coffee. The rooms are cozy and clean, with children's slippers and toothbrushes. There's underfloor heating, so it's not cold in winter. The bedding is very comfortable, and the nights are very quiet – crucial for anyone with sleep problems! The hotel also has a restaurant where, in addition to breakfast, you can still enjoy delicious hot pot and Sichuan cuisine. Having stayed at many family-friendly hotels, this is arguably the best I've ever stayed at! The guesthouse owner was very thoughtful; we came before the ***** New Year, and they even gave us snacks the kids love when we left! We'll definitely come back sometime!

I like this homestay very much. In the Valley of Forgetfulness, it is very close to the museum, convenient to the attractions, and a beautiful environment, completely relaxing.

I found the owner, Yao Yao, online, and my first impression was that she was a sincere and genuine beauty. With a ”let's give it a try” attitude, I visited the Shunan Bamboo Sea: Diecui-Bieyuan. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and fragrant, and the thoughtful heating made us, guests from Xinjiang, feel warm and comfortable. The delicious stir-fried dishes were absolutely fantastic. Although I only stayed for three days due to work, I promised to bring my parents and family next year to breathe in the fresh air of the bamboo forest and to return to Diecui-Bieyuan—a beautiful courtyard you won't want to leave once you've arrived—and to leave with a wonderful impression of the gentle and generous Yao Yao.

# A heartwarming stay amidst the National Day crowds – a truly exceptional experience! With crowds everywhere during the National Day holiday, I was worried about finding a bad place to stay, but this place was a wonderful surprise! The owners deserve special praise; they were incredibly helpful. They proactively called before our trip, patiently explaining the route to the main entrance, parking tips, and even tricks to avoid the crowds. We didn't have to worry about anything, which was incredibly convenient. The room didn't disappoint either. It was spotless and tidy, even the corners were neatly organized. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries were arranged meticulously. Every detail showed the owner's thoughtfulness, making for a very comfortable stay. And their food was absolutely amazing! The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were just what I wanted. The owner even brought out their own wine to treat us. Enjoying a hot meal and a little wine completely washed away all the fatigue of the day. This stay was fantastic! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area! I also highly recommend it to anyone planning a National Day trip – you can stay here with confidence!

The hotel is very close to the core scenic area, just a few hundred meters from the Seven-Colored Waterfall, making transportation very convenient. The hotel also has a large private parking lot, ensuring easy access to both transportation and parking. Even on holidays, there's no traffic congestion at the entrance, making it quick to get around, and parking spaces are always plentiful. The hotel itself is very convenient for accommodation, dining, and families with children, as everything is in one courtyard, preventing kids from running around. There's also a small public hot spring for relaxing feet. The owner helps with meal planning, and the portions are larger than expected. They also offer complimentary snacks based on the meal's quality, making it very affordable overall. The owner also helps with route planning and recommends attractions, saving a lot of time on research. Combined with the hotel's advantageous location, there was virtually no backtracking. Overall, the hotel offers facilities commensurate with its price, and the service and experience are relatively excellent value. Highly recommended.

The air in the Shunan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area is fresh, and it has the most bamboo I've ever seen. The hotel is newly opened, and you can order food there. I had bamboo fungus chicken soup, bamboo fungus and egg stir-fry with pickled ginger and pickled peppers, bamboo fungus and wood ear stir-fry with cured meat, and stir-fried seasonal vegetables—freshly picked from the garden. For dinner, I had bamboo tripe stir-fried with eggs and noodles, all of which tasted great. Breakfast was egg noodles. I was staying on the second floor, but I was upgraded to a double room. It's a bit inconvenient to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. The hotel is still undergoing landscaping, and it will look even better once the landscaping is complete.

We made a last-minute May Day trip, and finding accommodation within the scenic area was challenging, so this was practically our only option. We arrived near dusk, and it was raining heavily. The front desk staff was very welcoming. The suite we booked was spacious and not as damp as we'd expected. They promptly added extra bedding. Although the facilities were dated and the decor reminiscent of a rural home, the bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. However, there were a lot of spiders in the room, perhaps due to the mountain environment. The restaurant's breakfast was too basic and often spicy, leaving the children with mostly porridge and boiled eggs. However, the stir-fried dishes for lunch and dinner were good, generous in portion, and reasonably priced.

Nice experience, that is, there are a little more mosquitoes at night. The suite room is very good, the kitchen is a bit dirty, and there is a customer left in the sink. Watermelon rice 😀
