"The owner was welcoming, even though I had to wait a few minutes before someone approached me at the desk. The only problem I encountered was with the room. The floor looked like a carpet on grass, and I guess because of that there were lots of ants crawling onto the beds."

Excellent
KKAIOverall good experience. The service was enthusiastic, and the schedule was shortened due to the cancellation of the flight by the typhoon. After the coordination, the boss agreed to reduce the stay for one day. Breakfast is good. The room is elegant and can see the sea. Free luggage storage for the afternoon of the next day. The shortage is that there are not many outlets, and there is no socket on the bed. It is recommended to improve.

This is a very, very friendly hotel. My husband took me and the kids there during summer vacation. The place is just across the alley from Kenting Street. The environment is clean and good. The snacks and drinks in the room are very rich, and you can even go to the lobby to get more if you don’t eat enough. The room comes with a glass carafe that you can take away. The quality is very good, so you can have unlimited refills of sparkling water in the hotel. There is a small and cute swimming pool and karaoke room upstairs. My husband’s favorite place is the stairwell with so many comics that we can take back to the room to read slowly. Most importantly, their service staff are very friendly! I forgot to take my daughter’s doll with me, and they not only contacted me but also quickly sent it back to Taipei for me. I am really grateful for their help. 🩵

The park isn't large, but it's beautifully maintained. The food ingredients are excellent, the dishes are delicious, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are great. It was a fantastic experience.
