We were fortunate to be the first guests to book since the establishment opened. The owner personally picked us up from the parking lot and gave us directions, and the staff were all very warm and polite. The overall decor is high-end, with a private villa style. The fireplace and ambient lighting are very stylish, and sitting in the common area for a coffee feels very sophisticated. The coffee quality and taste were excellent. Many details show that the owner has put a lot of thought into selecting the ingredients. The location is superb, with two balconies offering views of the old town from different directions. A very good stay, highly recommended!

The room is moderately spaced, the lighting is good, and all kinds of supplies are available. The service attitude is friendly, the security is in place and the peace of mind is in place, and the comprehensive experience is good.

The hotel is right next to the scenic area entrance. We arrived at 9 pm and there was plenty of parking. The front desk proactively upgraded our room to an executive family single room, combining the spaciousness of an executive room with the multiple beds of a family room. Even though the kids are older, they were still fascinated by the tents and rocking horses. The room had air conditioning, radiators, and an electric blanket under the mattress—a delightful surprise on a winter night. The window could be opened, letting in the fresh mountain air, ensuring a restful sleep. The breakfast selection was plentiful, with a spacious and elegant restaurant connecting to the dinner area. A short walk of 100 meters from the main lobby entrance leads directly to the scenic area ticket gate by elevator. Our legs were sore from the climb at Wawu Mountain, so being able to relax and soak in the hot springs right outside the scenic area was incredibly relaxing. The hot springs were outdoors, surrounded by green trees and rocks, with winding paths leading to a secluded spot. The scenic area ticket was valid for two days, so we stayed for both.

The decoration style is exactly the same as what you see on the Internet, very beautiful. The service attitude of the proprietress is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very good and comfortable to sleep, and it can be seen that the boss is very good. The location is excellent, opposite the parking lot is the old street downstairs, in the most central location of the ancient town, it is convenient to go anywhere! ! Come to this next time! !

The building itself was modern and simple. The use of a voice activated system to control the room features is a bad experience, the air-conditioner seems to do what it likes. The breakfast service is very poor, it seems very under staffed and the coffee machine constantly had issues. suggest only to visit in quiet times. 这座建筑本身既现代又简单。使用语音激活系统来控制房间功能是一种糟糕的体验,空调似乎想做什么就做什么。早餐服务很差,似乎人手不足,咖啡机也经常出问题。建议只在安静的时候参观。

The reviews were great. The main gate is a grand stone archway, and stepping inside feels like entering a secluded paradise. The environment is beautiful, with a view of the reservoir that's perfect for photos. There's also a lakeside path for strolling. The hillside is lined with small villas. Thumbs up 1: They proactively upgraded our room. Bringing the kids, we were moved to a family room, which was much more comfortable. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the bedding was great. There was a sofa and a balcony where we could enjoy tea. Thumbs up 2: It was the first time I'd seen so many bottles of mineral water; they were very generous with the selection, enough for everyone. The breakfast was also plentiful, and my family was very satisfied. Wishing them booming business!

We brought the kids here for a two-day family hotel stay at the tail end of the summer holiday. Meishan is close to Chengdu, so many families drive here. Check-in usually starts at 3 PM, and ours was smooth and efficient. They gave us a brief overview of the hotel's facilities, and we could book package activities instantly by scanning a QR code at the front desk. After getting our wristbands, we went straight to the indoor water park with the kids. It's well-managed; there's a registration process and equipment rental. There were at least two safety officers by the pool. If you didn't bring a swim ring, armbands were available, allowing parents to relax poolside without worries. Besides the indoor water park, there's also an outdoor pool specifically for children, so you can switch between them. In addition to the pools, the hotel also has an indoor mini-soccer field, basketball court, badminton court, and a series of table games like billiards, shuffleboard, and foosball. Some game facilities require an extra fee. There's also a kids' club for preschoolers, allowing children to seamlessly transition between various activities and burn off endless energy. In the evenings, there are various activities, and the kids absolutely loved the bingo game! The package we bought included a kids' daycare service, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Kids can be left with the hotel, with lunch provided, and hotel staff lead them through various activities, including sports, arts education, and nature exploration. For parents, this daycare service is incredibly valuable. For meals, you can choose à la carte, buffet, or even Zhu Guangyu Hotpot. There's a noodle bar. We ordered fried chicken snacks for a late-night bite, and they were quite good. In the evening, there are performers singing in the restaurant, which creates a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the croissants for breakfast – super delicious! After breakfast, you can feed sika deer directly from the terrace next to the restaurant, adding another unique experience. On our second day, there was an issue with our room's equipment. Considering the repair would take too long, Hannah from guest relations promptly stepped in and helped us quickly change rooms. She also coordinated with colleagues from the front office and concierge to help us switch key cards and move our luggage. A huge thank you to her! Hannah also sent out daily updates on the hotel's activities, ensuring we didn't miss anything. On the way home after checking out, the kids were already saying they want to come back next summer. Haha, it clearly got a big thumbs-up from them!

InterContinental Hotels HEILONG LAKE by IHG

The room offered a fantastic view, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the serene Heilongtan Lake. The mountains and water in the morning mist were picturesque. The bedding met InterContinental's usual high standards, though some furniture showed slight wear (e.g., a lightly scuffed sofa). The family room with its small tent and children's amenities was a thoughtful touch, but the soundproofing was a bit weak, as footsteps from the corridor could be heard. The front desk service was efficient, completing check-in in just 10 minutes and proactively upgrading us to a lake view room. Housekeeping was responsive, and the turndown service was meticulous (they even posed our child's doll). The buffet breakfast at the Lobby Tree Western Restaurant offered a wide variety of options, including local specialty fish hotpot. Leisure facilities included activities like Baduanjin, rice paddy fishing, and stretching yoga. The over 2000㎡ water park was a highlight, with its thoughtful heated children's slides, though the water temperature in some of the massage pools was inconsistent.

Staff training is inadequate, staff quality is poor, and management level and processes urgently need improvement, which is inconsistent with the hotel's positioning and pricing. The so-called Western and Chinese breakfast options are already limited, and what's most unacceptable is that after ordering two bowls of noodles, the young man remained silent after receiving one, first ”gesturing” that he would come back later, then offering to give it to me as I pleased. It wasn't until the fourth round of argument that he finally ”spoke up” to explain that there was a queue and we should queue from the left (probably because I was on the right at the time). Complaining was futile, as he was the supervisor and would ignore you. I was forced to go to the front desk to get a response from the duty manager. The explanation was that they couldn't remember the number of people (see the picture for the maximum number)? Or couldn't they just tell us to queue when there are many people? Actually, I noticed this when I inquired during my check-in in the afternoon.

This was my first time at the Indigo Hotel in Heilongtan. Upon arrival, I immediately felt that signature Indigo style, which is consistent with other Indigo hotels I've stayed at – my family really likes it. The staff provided excellent service, and we had a dedicated room butler who responded to every request instantly. Our room was upgraded, which was a nice touch. The architecture in the courtyard is truly unique and beautiful, perfect for taking photos. It would have been even better if the weather had been a bit cooler. The Indigo breakfast is served at the InterContinental Hotel, which is also where the Paradise Island Water Park is located, along with all the family activities. The Indigo itself is very quiet, primarily designed for relaxation with no entertainment facilities. It's ideal for those who prefer a peaceful environment. To get to the InterContinental, you basically take a shuttle bus. You can arrange for the front desk or your butler to book it for you in advance before heading downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, this hotel left a fantastic impression. The service was top-notch, and they really went out of their way to ensure guests were satisfied. I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future!
