Since I don't speak English, there were some initial communication difficulties at reception.
I found that disappointing, since we are in Switzerland. One employee spoke good German and was very helpful.

GGuest UserHilton Gardon Davos Hotel is located in the center of Davos, about 10 minutes by bus from the train station. The city is not big and the transportation is very convenient. The conditions and facilities of Hilton Hotel are very good, the environment is very good, and the hygiene is good. It is suitable for business trips or family trips.

MMarvinovskiWir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel Parsenn und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und liegt gegenüber von der Parsennbahn. Das Check-In war unkompliziert und äusserst freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber & hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und hatte eine grosse und frische Auswahl. Ein Ski-und Gepäckraum steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Environment: The room is not bad, there is a small balcony to see the sunset view

Give us Davos a day roll can take the nearby train and bus for free, the cable car is also half price, very good

GGuest User😃 A beautiful hotel with a good location. Great breakfast. Very pleasant and serviceable staff. We had a quiet and spacious room.
🙁 The jacuzzi whose water was not even tight; no TV channels in French. Only in German or Italy or English. A little harm for the French speakers! For a 4-star sad that no help to get the bags while there is a small stairs before you can take the lift to get us to our room.
