A little basic but gets the job done. I liked that they pointed out I had not booked breakfast and asked if I wanted it the day before

Close to trains. Large and comfortable. Very quiet inside. Haagan ice cream avsilable. My favourite. Bathroom is enormous with a bath as well as shower. All amenities. I love the hotels are still traditional with combs toothbrush snd paste. Good toilet paper. Doesnt stick to your skin. Language sometimes a problem but doubletree was easy. Warm cookie on arrival was nice

Nice modern hotel with comfortable rooms in east of Baoding. Leisure facilities are good. Good choice of Chinese and western breakfast.

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!
