Basic facilities provided are in a very poor condition. The beds are unhygienic, the toilets and bathrooms don’t even have proper doors, and there is no electricity. After such a long journey, these are not luxuries — they are basic necessities. Drivers are not machines. We are human beings and deserve proper rest, hygiene, and dignity. The current arrangements clearly show a lack of concern and respect for drivers. The management needs to take this seriously and improve the facilities immediately."
