今回の利用は、近くに住む身内を訪ねての一人旅でした。スペイン語がほとんど喋れない中でホテルの方にはご迷惑もお掛けしたかと思いますが、翻訳アプリを利用するなど柔軟な対応をしていただき非常に助かりました。ありがとうございました。welcomeボードや朝ご飯のサービスなどホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。エアコンも付いており、快適に過ごせました。セントロにあるホテルなので立地も最高です。ケレタロに寄ることがあれば、是非また利用させていただきたいです。その時は、もう少しまともにスペイン語が話せるようになっていたいです！

The location is in the center of the old town and it is very convenient to travel. There are many restaurants and Bars next to it, which is especially convenient for eating or shopping.
The design of the entire hotel and the layout of the room have left a particularly deep impression on me. I didn't expect that the price of about 1,000 can live in this type of resort hotel, which is particularly satisfactory.
The last thing to boast is breakfast. The room rate does not include breakfast. I go to the restaurant on Monday to Friday to order food. I order it now and eat how much I eat. There is a super rich buffet on the weekend for two days. I have an appointment with customers to eat together on Sunday. Everyone is very satisfied with the food.

ケレタロのセントロから徒歩10分ぐらいの場所にあり、ケレタロ観光にはいいロケーション。部屋はオシャレな内装ですが、私が泊まった一階の部屋は窓が小さく外の景色は見えませんでした。エアコンは無し、スタンド式の送風機あり。カウンターテーブルにUSB端子2つとベッドそばにコンセントが左右合わせで４つほど。テーブル周りにコンセントが無いのが少し不便。ワンドア(冷凍トレー付)の冷蔵庫あり、無料のミネラルウォーターが２本あります。ガラスコップが2つありますが、湯沸かしポットやコーヒー、紅茶等はありません。テレビあり。
水回りは洗面所にトイレ、シャワー室。ハンドタオル、フェイスタオル、バスタオル2枚、足拭きマット、ドライヤーがあり。アメニティは固形石鹸1つとハンドソープ、シャンプー。歯ブラシ、櫛、髭剃りはありません。シャワーは、手持ちのシャワーヘッドと正面からのシャワー、上からのシャワーが切り替えられて、水量も排水も充分でしたが、唯一の難点がお湯が出にくい。初日は数分待ってたらお湯が出ましたが2日目はお湯が出ず、言えば対応してくれたのかもしれませんが水のまま使いました。これは改善して欲しい。
ホテルにレストランは無いので朝ごはん含め食事は外食か持ち込みになりますから要注意。予約サイトによっては、お金を払えば朝ごはんがあるような表記もありましたので注意下さい。
シャワーのお湯と部屋のコンセントが少ないので、設備で3点にさせてもらいました。
