Hahaha, seriously, during my 10-day trip to Italy, this was the most unfriendly and unpleasant service I've ever received. Haha. They say they know about bad reviews,,,,,,, I trusted NH so much that I booked,,, but this was the most disappointing. ㅜㅜ It wasn't the hardware that was disappointing,,, but the service was truly,,, disappointing. From the receptionist to the lack of slippers in the room,,, It's disappointing. But~~ the location and hardware are satisfactory for the price. Como is so expensive, isn't it? Everyone, stay at Leco.

The female staff who was in charge of the reception was very kind and nice. The drain in the shower room was clogged and we cleaned it ourselves.
