The apartment is on the second floor with lift of a quiet building on the central Via della Conca, with a reserved parking space. Wardrobes are positioned in the hall to leave more space in the bedrooms. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms of which two are triple bedrooms and one is a double bedroom. Equipped with all comforts and practical for those who do not have a car and want to move around easily in the neighbouring localities on foot or by bus as there is a bus stop just a few metres away. At 600 m there is the embarkation point for the ferries to the Pontine Islands.
