Hotels with balcony in Vera

It was e very good hotel , we enjoyed our stay , very clean, walking distance to beach and we add breakfast to our package . It was a great breakfast .

You guys at Trip should already know that I requested an extra bed for my 11-year-old son on May 3rd. A month later, upon arriving at Hotel Mexico, the director rudely informed us that they don't have extra beds and that their apartments are for that purpose. She said there were no triple rooms available and that you (Trip) never sent them the special requests, even though I received an email from you confirming that you had. Both Trip and Hotel Mexico have ruined my vacation. I'm still waiting for a supervisor from your company to call me, as the customer service operator told me someone would call back in 15 minutes, acknowledging that it was urgent and I was already at the accommodation. Both your company and the management of that hotel are absolutely awful. By the way, some people won't be able to sleep peacefully in many of the rooms where the terrace is barely 2 meters above the sidewalk of a public street.

Very good value for money, suitable for family travel
