"This hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. I booked three rooms, and I was extremely satisfied with all of them. The people running this place are clearly very dedicated and professional. Every detail in the rooms is meticulously arranged, even surpassing what you might find in a five-star hotel—things like toilet seat covers, clothes drying racks, and individually packaged towels. It’s all very thoughtful. The staff, especially a polite and professional woman with glasses, was incredibly helpful; she patiently taught me how to use my phone when I was struggling. Plus, the location is fantastic, right by the river with beautiful views. It's just a short walk across the bridge to the city center, making transportation very convenient. Parking is also available right in front of the hotel, which is both easy and free."

"The front desk service was very polite. I thought the hotel was not very good at the door. The room was very good, clean, new facilities, soft and comfortable, basic domestic pillows were generally too high, if there was a reserve low pillow, the room was set to a small round table. The countertop is too high and too large to be practical. There is a chicken and duck shop in the isolation downstairs that will be noisy in the morning, but I am used to wearing earplugs. This price is still recommended."
