We arrived around 7:30, but the front desk had already closed and there was no contact number, so we didn't know what to do. I contacted Ctrip and called the hotel but couldn't get through. After leaving a message, I received a call from the hotel around 9:30 pm. Later, I asked other guests and found a letter left for us at the front desk. Only then did I find the room and the room key. Other aspects are good, but the service is a little lacking, it may be due to cultural differences

The most satisfying part of the itinerary in Australia is the main road, a large suite, a living room with a large terrace, and a full-height floor-to-ceiling window.
