Everything has been done with such a clear sense of the setting, history and for the comfort of guests, with impeccable taste. We had the Libra appartment with its private hot tub, and evenings in the tub with a glass of wine, under the pomegranate tree looking at the stars were just amazing. Some lovely trips around - wineries, the monastery at Arkadi and Margarites for the stunning pottery were lovely too. We can’t wait to return to this stunning spot."

"Spent a relaxing week, at this smaller hotel. This created a very peaceful atmosphere. Every where was so clean and tidy. Food was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were spacious, the sea view and sunsets were so beautiful. All the staff go above and beyond to help make your stay a very happy memory. My only criticism, is no hand sanitizer around or in the restaurant. I witnessed several people coming out the WC without washing hands."

The food is like eating a traps toe nail the drinks are disgusting. The staff are rude and don’t interact at all,stupid rules no entertainment at all except at lunchtime when you see the food. Band cut off at checkout so can’t use restaurant or bars 1am. Google reviews say it all as the ones on here must be made up. It’s a absolute joke of a hotel. And believe me I have stayed in better in Afghanistan"

"We have recently returned from a 8 night stay here and absolutely loved it. Even though we went probably in the peak summer holiday period it didn't feel crowded. We stayed in a garden room with an interconnecting room for our two children. The room was spotless and modern. The air conditioning in the rooms worked exceptionally well to the point you could feel cold at night if not under the duvet. During the hottest part of the day we would return to our room for a break from the sun and be in the cool of the air con. The staff in the entire hotel were brilliant. Very welcoming and helpful and fantastic with children. We found this hotel so accommodating and great for young families. The restaurant staff were so lovely towards both our 6 year old son and 2 year old daughter. I remember our daughter was fondly greeted with a smile and "ah the baby with her baby" (she would bring her doll to some meals). Our son also made a friend of a male waiter in the Greek restaurant who matched his high energy and played high fives with him. We always felt completely at ease and even if our two year old had meltdowns, or the children made a mess at mealtimes no issue was taken at all. All staff were very understanding of life with young children. Towards the end of our holiday our boy tried out the children's club and our daughter the baby club (the latter goes up to age 3). Both were fantastic. Our boy absolutely loved the children's club and kept wanting to back. He was in the minority of English speaking children in the club during our stay but the staff spoke English and it didn't phase him in the slightest. I also think that in itself is a wonderful experience to be immersed around others speaking different languages. Our boy is quite a confident child so I do think it can depend on your child's character as to how well they adapt to the children's club. However the staff do make every effort to welcome and involve all of the children. They do tons of stuff with the children in the children's club, games, crafts, pool time, movies. They can also get them involved in having parts in a play. The club puts out an itinerary out for the week so you can see what they get up to. Our daughter also did really well in her baby club, again the staff for this club were fantastic also. They had plenty of toys and they have their own infant pool right outside (its very shallow so perfect for tiny ones). They give them a splash around in this. Both children were given lunch and our daughter had great naps with the baby club. The baby club for eg the morning session cost 10 euros but was worth it. The staff were very reassuring and said that if there were any issues, or if she was unsettled they would call me. We also had a rundown of what they did during her stay on collection. As we had some child free time we even managed to use the spa facilities which is all included and is incredibly relaxing. The food was delicious, we particularly love"

"This was the second time we visited the hotel, and we were very pleased with our room. One drawback was that the room was over the eating area, so at 7 o'clock in the morning, one could hear the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the luxury of the saltwater pool and the friendly service of Maria and Labrini especially. The beds are very comfortable, and although the TV has many channels, there's one drawback: one cannot adjust the volume. Live music was given once or twice a week and was very enjoyable to watch and listen to. We appreciated the hard work of the employees after the huge dust storm to clean up the eating area and the pool area. Within a day, it looked a lot better. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a leisurely vacation."

"I don‘t know if someone has been here as well but this must be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The resort itself was really nice - good architecture and good style. The services on the otherhand were almost non-existent. When asking to clean our room they just emptied the trash and made the bed. No new bed sheets, no new towels, no new cups for coffee even though they took the dirty ones out and gave fresh new Nespresso capsules. When asking for some baby stuff (bottle sterilizer) they managed to get it wrong two times. First time we get a kettle, second time a bottle warmer. Those were really not complex instructions. When asking for puree for the baby (possible upon request according to their menu) we didn’t receive puree. I know mistakes can happen but not every single day for 5 days straight. They also have an app where we can request services like room cleaning etc. None of them were viewed nor done. They just said „maybe you didn‘t have an internet connection“ and didn‘t even ask what we needed. Not to mention the price - utterly expensive for the service you receive. Absolutely not worth it. After some review investigation we realized that a lot of people had the same issues and one even got bribed to delete his bad review. This led me to thinking that they might delete bad reviews themselves."

"This hotel is sensational. I have seen some negative reviews and it has genuinely shocked me. We arrived late to our hotel and were genuinely so stressed, but when we walked in the smell of the hotel was unexplainable. It instantly relaxed us, and after telling the receptionist my partner was diabetic they kept the buffet open for us to eat. We were so surprised at how amazing the food was which included a Ferrero Rocher geatau and the food was cooked fresh infront of you and was piping hot. A member of staff took us to our room which was a jungle suite. That same incredible smell that hit us on arrival, was now within our living area. Each room has a plug in with that same beautiful scent. The room was so spacious, the only concern I had was that when closing the shower door it wouldn’t open from the inside, my partner had to open it from the outside. The Jacuzzi was lovely and warm as well which we used every evening to detox and talk about the day. It did back onto the main road but in all honesty we didn’t notice the noise and we were able to connect to Netflix via their TV which came in handy before bed. The fridge was stocked every morning and the room was spotless. They even had a Marshall Bluetooth stereo which I had been wanting for a while so ended up actually buying one when I landed back home after realising how good they were. The bed was also massive, and having the fan directly over the bed came in so handy during the night for my partners diabetic sweats (he didnt sweat at all) and we had excellent nights sleeps. The do not disturb and clean room signs are all electric which was great. We didn’t hear any noise of neighbouring rooms either! The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing and great for photo ops as well. We did go when it was coming to the end of the season so the pools were definitely colder than we would’ve liked but we couldn’t complain about that given the time of year (we still ended up in them). Pool beds would get filled fast but there was always space at another pool if you couldn’t get one at the main. They do play music throughout the day but it’s more of background music on a higher volume than blasting music for a party it’s very boho themed so have that in mind for the type of sounds you will hear throughout the day - if anything it was really relaxing and uplifting. On the evenings you could have live music including saxophones, outdoor movie nights with popcorn and blankets provided, and the food was always on. The snack bar wasn’t amazing but the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was mouth watering from a full English breakfast to dinners including lasagne, spaghetti, pizza, fried chicken, curry etc the options were endless and I even tried things I had never heard of because the options were change for every meal. Whether you were at the pool or a table waitress service was always provided and everyone was always so polite addressing us as sir and madam. Shisha was always available as well. There was a"
