Every room is old world decorated, the many ballrooms remines European classic style and it’s hard to believe we are in South America. The Thermas are a tranquil place to relax and rewind. Then they gave me a room whose window opened in front of a wall, a huge hotel, I went to ask for a change, and the receptionist told me that it was the trip room that another would have to pay. I found it very gross."
