O hotel é antigo, móveis antigos, estilo colonial. O atendimento da recepção foi o ponto forte. A piscina a céu aberto maravilhosa.

O hotel por fora parece muito bom, prédio antigo, bonito. Mas a beleza fica apenas no externo e na parte de jardim/piscina. Os funcionários são muito educados, mas o quarta muito ruim. Ficamos em um quarto com muito mofo, cheiro muito forte, paredes sujas de manchas, móveis velhos e quase desmontando já, banheiro limpo mas o box sujo na parte de baixo das paredes. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. A experiência realmente foi muito ruim. O preço estava atraente, as fotos na internet bonitas, mas não passou disso. Não vale a pena!!!!

Hotel antigo que tem uma ótima localização. Tudo em funcionamento, limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã delicioso. Não nadei mas piscinas quente nem fria. Local bem agradável junto aos jardins! Atendentes muitos atenciosos. Tem espaço para grandes eventos.

Propaganda enganosa, hotel depredado, chalés com mofo, paredes estufadas, chão remendado, piscina aquecida com gordura, sauna toda destruída, com teto caindo. Fazendo utilização do hotel para hospedagem de empreteiras. As únicas coisas boas foram o serviço de atendimento da recepção e no café da manhã.

Desorganizado, funcionária da recepção despreparada. Primeiro não encontraram minha reserva, ao reclamar com a funcionária do check in, simplesmente disse que eu poderia reclamar com quem quisesse, que ela não se importava, porque não era a dona do hotel. Jantar com comida fria e carne dura. Café da manhã muito bom. Limpeza boa. Área de lazer ótima e os Chalés como sempre muito agradáveis.

Ficamos em um chalé e amamos. A privacidade, a organização e a estrutura ganhou a gente de primeira. Fomos em época de chuva e a piscina aquecida é muito boa e coberta. O café da manhã é gostoso, tem várias opções. Voltaremos mais vezes.

Precisa de uma reforma nas instalações que estão velhas devido ao desgaste natural. tempo passou e pisos e instalações estã0 sentindo o passar dos anos. É necessário melhorar os serviços do restaurante. Fui jantar e olhei o cardápio do lado de fora. Ao entrar, no cardápio atualizado vários itens não estavam disponíveis. Apenas uma opção de carne e poucas massas. Além do preço caro, uma total falta de opções.
