DoubleTree by Hilton Anhui - Suzhou
"Great nice"
CLOUD HOTEL
"The service at Suzhou Yunduo Hotel is incredibly thoughtful! The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and the rooms are clean and smart. It was a really comfortable stay, highly recommended!"
Suzhou International Hotel
"Clean and tidy, good breakfast"
Crystal Orange Suzhou East Railway Station
"Overall it was alright, considering it wasn't expensive. The pillows were very comfortable. No welcome fruit was provided. We set off at nine in the morning, and the car was stuck in traffic with so many cars parked haphazardly. There were no security guards directing traffic, and we didn't see a single hotel staff member!"
Atour Hotel on Bianhe Middle Road, Suning Plaza, Suzhou.
"The mattresses and pillows at Atour are incredibly comfortable! Whenever I travel, Atour is always my top choice. The location is right in the center of Suzhou, making shopping super convenient, and the price is affordable. I'm definitely planning to stay there again on my next trip."
LIJING HABITAT HOTEL
"1. The room smelled terrible. 2. The room service was very unprofessional; the TV wouldn't turn on, so we couldn't watch TV all night. 3. The showerheads in the bathroom and sink were rusty, and the water flow was very weak, affecting the shower experience. 4. Even more annoying was that a particularly ugly old man kept following us around asking a lot of questions; it felt like we were being interrogated, which was very uncomfortable. I will never stay in such a low-class hotel again."
Grand Madison Hotel Suzhou
"Convenient, convenient transportation, complete supporting facilities, relatively new equipment"
Atour Hotel on Yinheliu 4th Road, Suzhou Wanda Plaza
"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I checked out several days ago, but I still couldn't help but give it a good review! The reason I say this is because the experience I had staying at this hotel was exceptionally good. The first thing was the laundry service. I was exhausted from work, so I asked if ironing was possible. I thought it would be a hassle, but the staff immediately agreed. Every piece of clothing was neatly ironed and delivered to my room. The second thing was the restaurant. I mentioned I had to work and leave early in the morning, and the restaurant wasn't open yet. To my surprise, the staff packed me eggs and milk. I didn't expect them to remember my casual mention! Atour's service is truly amazing, and most importantly, this thoughtful and heartwarming gesture is truly touching. So, this Atour hotel in Suzhou will be my first choice in the future!"
Atour Hotel, Yinhe 1st Road, Suzhou Government Affairs Center
"Very good service attitude"

yunting Hotel
"Excellent! The service, attitude, and environment were all great."
GreenTree Eastern Hotel
"The stay was very good. The hotel has a rich breakfast, the rooms are very clean, the rooms are large, the furnishings are new, the bedding is of good quality, the cleaning staff on the 6th floor is serious and responsible in their work, the hotel front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the accommodation price is affordable. I recommend it to everyone!"
Vienna Hotel (AanhuiSuzhou shizhengfuYunjishangyejiedian)
"Like all Vienna hotels, this is clean, nice and with a good sized room. The hotel is in a very nice spot with a large pedestrian street that has lots of restaurants just behind it. This can get noisy, but it does provide easy access to shops and restaurants."
Tingbai Business Hotel (Suzhou Renmin South Road Jinfang Century City Branch
"The hotel has a large space and is very clean. The front desk service attitude is very good. The room was upgraded for free. Overall, it is very good. Highly recommended! !"
Suzhou Haibei Alliance Hotel (Kuai Ke Bus Station Guangcaicheng Branch)
"Having traveled to so many places and stayed in so many hotels, this is the worst I've ever encountered. 1. The hotel indicated it had charging stations, but when we arrived at 11 PM, we were told there were no charging stations available due to ongoing renovations. This forced us to search for charging stations nearby in the middle of the night, wasting a lot of time charging, parking, and traveling back and forth. 2. The hotel's soundproofing was extremely poor. We could hear loud talking next door as soon as we entered the room. I recorded a video, but I won't post it in the comments to avoid causing offense. In the morning, we could clearly hear conversations in the hallway. I don't know if those who say the hotel has good soundproofing are just giving positive reviews because of supposedly upgraded rooms. After hearing the police, we asked to change rooms. My husband went to charge the car, and I was alone with my three-year-old child, a suitcase, and three pieces of carry-on luggage. The front desk told us to take all our belongings down to the front desk to handle it. However, at my insistence, a staff member eventually helped us with our belongings and returned our room key. The front desk staff also apologized that evening for the charging station issue. 3. The service and management were extremely poor. (1) We didn't fall asleep until after 2 AM, and the landline rang suddenly at 8:30 AM. The hotel said it was because we had booked a wake-up service. In reality, we hadn't booked one, and it was objectively impossible to book one, as we had a three-year-old child with us and hadn't gone to sleep until after 2 AM; it was impossible for us to book such a service. (2) Due to the above issues, we complained to the platform, but the hotel refused to provide any compensation or reimbursement, showing no remorse whatsoever. Their attitude was unacceptable. Furthermore, the hotel probably felt that upgrading us to a room with a window was a favor, and we should be grateful and not complain. Leaving aside the fact that it was only a price difference of about thirty yuan, which we didn't care about, I told the staff from the beginning that we didn't need a window; a windowless room would be better for resting because it's darker. Sure enough, the curtains in the room with the window didn't block out the light. I tried my best to close the curtains, but it was still very bright; you can see the details in the pictures. The bathroom window was also unobstructed and let in light. I was woken up by the bright light around 6 or 7 a.m., and just as I was about to fall back asleep around 8 a.m., I received a strange wake-up call from the hotel. The hotel wasn't expensive, around 130 yuan, but during the May Day holiday in Suzhou, hotels under 100 yuan are everywhere, and slightly better ones are around 150 yuan. This one cost over 100 yuan, plus a 200 yuan deposit. The room was filled with wine bottles and other similar items; I don't know if that was the intention. The soundproofing was poor, making it unsuitable for families or business travelers. I was just driving through and wanted to find a hotel for a good night's rest and to charge my car, but I couldn't charge it, couldn't rest properly, and ended up feeling very frustrated. It's truly unbelievable that this hotel seems to have all the unpleasant things you could expect to encounter while staying there."
Ni Hao Hotel (Suzhou Wuyue Plaza Hotel)
"The room had no window, and the floor had an unpleasant smell. Aside from that, everything was fine. The staff were lovely, very sweet and kind."
JI Hotel (Suzhou Shizhengfu Wanda Plaza)
"It was snowing heavily and there was no way to go on, so we had to go to Suzhou, a strange city but a familiar all-season hotel. The service was still so good, the hotel always smelled good, and the breakfast was also very good."
Jifeng International Hotel (Yibang International Branch of Suzhou Third Junior High School)
"Every time I pass by on business, I choose this hotel. The hotel's service must be praised from the experience of staying in the room to the facilities of the room to the service. It makes people feel at home. The first choice for business trips, strong punching in! ! !"
O.LIVE social Suzhou Economic Development Zone Branch
"The front desk lady was very friendly and provided free room upgrades, which was very good. The overall sanitation of the hotel was also very good. There was an independent parking lot, as well as electric car charging equipment. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very satisfying accommodation experience."
Suzhou Quanju Hotel
"The hotel environment is elegant and atmospheric, showing quality everywhere. The staff is attentive and meticulous, and caring throughout the stay to check-out. The room is warmly furnished and the scenery outside the window is pleasant. It is an ideal choice for travel and leisure!"
Vienna Classic Hotel (Suzhou Baima Mall)
"I've always lived in Vienna and really like the decor here. The parking lot is huge and convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the price is great. Highly recommended!"
DU CHENG HOTEL
"Stayed for half a month. Every staff at the front desk and the guest room provided excellent service. The breakfast was rich in variety and clean. Very satisfied"
