"The hotel is very new, and the facilities in the room are also new. The price of about 300 yuan is not cheap near Suzhou East Station, but because it includes two breakfasts, it seems to be cost-effective. Moreover, the front desk upgraded the room type for free, and there are many free drinks in the room, and even hand-brewed coffee. This is the first time I have encountered this after staying in hundreds of hotels. There are also disposable bath bags in the bathtub. The breakfast is very rich, with some local specialties. It would be better if the soy milk did not add so much water. The location of the hotel is still a little awkward from the East Station. It is far to walk, but it is very close to take a taxi. It is suitable for friends who drive themselves. A small gift was given when checking out. Come again next time!"

"I specifically emphasized to the front desk upon check-in that I needed a quiet room so I could get a good rest. The front desk deliberately concealed this from me, completely refusing to inform me about the construction work next door that morning. Since they couldn't meet my quiet requirement, and couldn't upgrade or change rooms, they could have simply informed me beforehand. I could have chosen another hotel instead of being taken advantage of. As a result, before 8 a.m., they started hammering away at the wall next door with an electric hammer, creating deafening noise that woke me up completely, making it impossible to sleep or rest. Knowing about the construction but failing to inform me beforehand, ignoring my needs, their service was extremely irresponsible and dishonest. The experience was terrible, and I will definitely not stay here again. I also advise everyone to choose carefully!"
